Stephanie and the barista were absolutely incredible. Food was delicious. Sandwiches made fresh right infront of you and the dining areas were cozy and clean. Will go back for lunch for sure! A much better local option than hospital cafeteria too!

Stopped into Mi Casa Tapas and had a great experience. The food was excellent and the service was just as good. They’re a brand new restaurant in this spot (not the old Pearl St. Café) and are definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area!

This is not a place I've ever come to a lot, just stopped in a few times a year over several years. This was my first time back since the change of ownerwhip. Lots of little things could be better, but for now I'll just give the new owner some time to continue working things out.

Took my cat in for grooming and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff was gentle, patient, and clearly experienced with handling cats. My cat came back clean, soft, and calm no stress at all. They trimmed her nails perfectly and even managed to get rid of all the shedding fur. Excellent service, clean facility, and true animal lovers. Highly recommend for any cat parent!

New owners not the same service or quality anymore

We have been ordering here multiple times each year for over 6 years. Sadly disappointed since the change of owners. We have ordered 3 times since and the service and product is not of the same quality. Today's order came 2 hours late, incomplete, and inaccurate. The food was ordered for a medical education course - we were able to flex our agenda to accommodate but it was not ideal for our learners. They did come back to fill the missing orders and the people who delivered were very nice. Service recovery not provided.

The cookies were AMAZING! Fresh out of the oven!

I usually love this place, but I’m so over it. Waited 5 minutes for someone to come out. The person over filled the drink and handed it to me soaking wet and sticky, chunks of ice in EVERY sip and only tastes like ice and water. Asked for a bagel and cream cheese, didn’t ask what bagel, it looks weird and there’s like no cream cheese on it, it looks like butter. It’s ridiculous

ATTENTION:
DO NOT TIP!!!!
TIPS DO NOT GO TO STAFF!!
THEY GO STRAIGHT TO OWNER POCKETS.
That is really bad for business.
When I heard that, it really turned me off.
I used to come here often with my work crew. . At least 3 to 5 times a week for lunch. The old owners/staff really had it together. Fast service, awesome food. Nothing is the same. They are always out of stock of something. . The food quality is off. The portion sizes are off. The girls used to make my food/drinks amazing. And they were genuinely nice. We still came here multiple times after new staff changes. But I do not like what I am seeing, hearing, tasting. This place was a hidden gem. Wish they would have kept up the legacy.
We have to find a new lunch spot. =(

Wow what a let down. They changed ownership and it's such a disappointment now. I ordered a sandwich for pickup in an hour - it clearly had just been sitting on the table waiting for me for an entire hour. Sandwich was supposed to come with bacon? No bacon. Ordered on ciabatta bread? Try lightly toasted white bread (that, mind you, has been sitting for an hour) so it was incredibly soggy. $14 wasted.

I used to love walking to this place for lunch. Today I ordered a BLT sandwich, nothing like what I used to get. New management, new way of serving food. The BLT was completely flat, one sad bacon, one leaf of lettuce and two slices of tomatoes for $9.50. It was the saddest and most expensive sandwich I have ever ate. Not going back.

Paid 500 dollars for a large catering order. Was suppose to have 25 sandwiches gave 10 less , this was the veggie platter and fruit platter for 10 people. Was not worth the money …

Darling Cafe with friendly owners!! Thank you so much for the rum and diet coke!! I appreciate your kindness! Great get-away being near the hospitals and Ronald McDonald House.
