If I could leave 0 stars I would. Went here for the first time because I heard it was a good breakfast spot. After we placed our order, we were told the wait would be 35-40 minutes. After waiting over an hour for our food, we consistently saw online orders jumping to the front of the line and decided to say something. We were told our breakfast would be another 10 minutes. Once our food finally arrived, it was freezing cold and had a massive white hair in one of our sandwiches. Absolutely disgusted, we requested a refund. Not to mention, not one food handler was wearing hairnets. Safe to say I will never step foot in this place again. Horrible experience.

If the website says 15 mins expect and hour wait. Most business stop taking orders when they get this behind or at least convey accurate wait times (which is the right thing to do)
Pretty Mediocre sandwich just a tiny kitchen and slow. If you have nothing going on and all the time in the world maybe worth a try.

I visited on a Thursday around 12pm and there was steady business. My order was ready within 5 minutes. Chive sandwich was delicious.

Original review - 2022:
My food was both extremely oily and wet. The ambience was nice, but the food was lacking taste and texture.

I went back recently and the food was actually quite pleasant. It must’ve been a bad day on their end. The last time I went the service was good and the food was well cooked.

Was gonna come here tmrw with my Rhode Island Food Fights card to try the breakfast sandwich but now they don’t accept them anymore….
Food was so good! Coffee was great! Small space, so you might not get a place to sit. Definitely a place I'll be checking out again.

A great little breakfast spot! The breakfast sandwich was on point... tight quarters but lucky to get a window bar seat!

A warm and lovely breakfast spot - simple, cozy, and enjoyable.
The woman who took our order was kind and gave us some great recommendations. They have some absolutely delicious sandwiches- I recommend trying the bolo bread. Their smoothies are good too. Well worth the wait.

I recently visited Amy’s and was very disappointed by the level of service and the overall management of in-person orders. Despite ordering at the counter, I watched as my ticket was pushed to the back of the line while mobile and online orders were consistently prioritized.
During my wait, I also noticed another customer’s food sitting forgotten on a back counter, a clear sign of disorganization. When I inquired about my own order, staff told me to continue waiting because the “estimated time” on my receipt hadn’t yet passed. However, I saw multiple mobile orders placed well after mine being fulfilled before me.
After waiting ~27 minutes, I learned that my order hadn’t even been started. When I requested a refund, I was told my only options were to continue waiting or leave without receiving my money back. That response was extremely disappointing and reflects a lack of accountability and customer care at Amy’s.
I understand that prioritizing mobile orders may seem efficient from a business standpoint, but doing so at the expense of customers standing right in front of you is extremely poor service. Until Amy’s can balance its service model and treat all customers fairly, I don’t recommend this location.
