Good selection of food and wine and top notch service, but for our party of two the restaurant was too crowded and much too noisy to thoroughly enjoy the dining experience. Perhaps a party of five or more would enjoy the "upbeat" environment.
Maigin was outstanding! So friendly and attentive. Excellent service. Salads were so fresh and dressing just right. Veal and fish dish were also outstanding. The only disappointment was the squash flower appetizer as the breading was thick and heavy - more like a mozzarella stick. The squash flower is usually just friend in flour so it remains light and almost translusent. Can also add some paprika to the flour. We had a group of six at the next table who spoke so loudly that it was difficult to hear one another. After they left, a huge sigh of relief. We then could enjoy our company and our meal.
