Terrible service and staff very untrained. Paid for a full coffee got a half….?
Awesome! awesome! Staffs. The way they talk and serve you shows nothing but professionalism. The 3rd shift crew is very helpful and patient, Especially that lady supervisor. Their food, coffee, and products are fresh and tasty. Try it out!!!
I placed an on-line order for the country grilled cheese, which is "supposed" to come on country white bread with cheese, bacon and tomato. I picked up my order, but didn't open it until I got back to work. What I received was a grilled cheese sandwich on ciabatta bread - no bacon, no tomato - no explanation. I called to let them know I received the wrong order and they told me they were out of country white bread. I asked if they were out of bacon and tomato too and they responded "no". I told them I received a completely different item than what I ordered. They told me to bring it back and I explained that I was back at work and could not come back. She offered nothing further. I told her I would be back later to get a refund and she hung up. Other food I have ordered is adequate, but for the prices they charge, the food should be better. Done ordering from them. Now I know why my co-workers no longer order from them.
Denise is the best hands down!!!!
The food is good, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. Be prepared to wait unreasonable amount of time for your order. For example today I placed an online "skip the line" order for a coffee and ended up waiting 20 minutes for it. On a personal note, I went in there to order lunch and had one of the employees openly make fun of my last name. She read it off my employee name tag and was laughing, asking me if I was bullied a lot, and gesturing to her coworkers to come laugh with her at my name. My last name is a strange one, but it is a family name and I am proud of that. Things are hard enough for a health care worker right now, the last thing I need is to be bullied in my workplace. I am going to stick with the hospital cafeteria from now on, I recommend that you do too!
Great service from Angelo Defeo. I really love when he makes my hot latte! He makes with care adding the right amount of everything!!Thanks Angelo!!
Great service from Loretta. Went above and beyond to point me in the right direction.
Need to work on your prices folks, this isn't the town of barrington! Other than that the food is very good!
There is a great offering of $1.45 coffee if you buy a breakfast sandwich. Except if the sandwich is smoked salmon on wasabi. I was told that salmon is not meat and therefore not a breakfast sandwich. Huh?
Nice refuge in the hospital. Food is good. Coffee is very good.

Delicious pastries but get ready to pay the price. Very expensive. They have salads, soups and sandwiches. Good but not feeat. Not to good for the price.
Eeehhh food that is over priced
Awesome service!
Average meal nothing out of the ordinary, a little expensive for a smaller salad
AMAZING MAC and CHEESE!!! Only problem is that it's in the hospital, you can't really go there for food unless your in the hospital for some reason. I mean, you could go, but I doubt the hassle of parking and paying to park is worth it. Too bad they don't have more of these places around here.
