Took over 5 minutes to make my large fanta. There was line. Not a single body behind or in front of me. Why did it take so long for them to just give me a single drink. It's literally 3 steps away from the register not in Arizona.

I wanted to take a quick stop at the stand for a treat while I shopped and Salvador is exceedingly rude and unprofessional. I went up to the stand and said hello, while he had his headphones in, on his phone, leaning up against the back counter. I said hello another time with no response. I then said hello a third time and waved my hands and I finally caught his attention. While ordering I said please and thank you and asked for a bag and receipt, all while he never once spoke a single word. I never received a hello, and most definitely never received a bye or thank you. My cinnamon nuggets were hard and cold on top of it all lol.

The worse auntie Anne’s ever. The worker was so rude and screamed at us when she never even called out our order. The service took forever as well. Will not be coming back to this auntie Anne’s. First time in providence and it’s not off to a good start. Boston will treat you better!
