Server was nice and attentive. Food was bland as I don't know what. Pasta had no flavor whatsoever. The chicken was dry and bland. Even the fries didn't have a taste. Only the sauce the fries came with saved them. Music way too loud, can't hear yourself talk.

Okay listen yall. I came here for a weekend birthday trip. First thing first the food was seasoned 😋. Seasoned and looked up to par. Presentation was also spot on , on top of service. Waitress and staff was all friendly , kind, and welcoming. My only complaint is the cleanliness. Listen I’m pickyyy and I peep everything. Utensils was not all the way clean. Biggest pet peeve. Water glasses were dirty. But again it wasn’t my birthday so it was not my place to make a scene. I kept it cute. After our dinner reservations we went upstairs to the lounge. Shoutout to Denise 🍑🍑. Her smile , her presence, and her hospitality was great. Very easy to talk to wnd made our first experience great. When it came to catering to our needs for drinks, refills, shots, and clean up. She was spot on. We did come early….before the crowd. Hookah took some time though. For service, for refills. When we had ordered a hookah downstairs we were checked up on. One of the girls had to use their nails too be the charcoal around 🤨. Places I’ve been too would hand mini tongs or checkup here and there to make sure shit be hitting 🤷🏻♀️. Just me pointing out a few things. Dj/music was my type of vibes. To throwbacks , to trending music. They definitely read the mf room. Oh and also something that threw me off and was a whole what the helly moment was that our bottle that we purchased was poured into a foam cup. Now ion know about everyone else but I like my liquor nice and chilled. And it was impossible to do with a foam cup ! And also messy to pour shots out of. Done lost a few shots or two 🥴. I guess providence can get rowdy and use liquor bottles as weapons 🤣. Would definitely come back if we’re in town again 😉

I had an opportunity to speak to owner. He is a nice guy. However, 55 dollars for hookah at this place is unreasonably high price. That is also considering the fact that when I went, they did not have any entertainment such as live DJ or Belly dancer. Hookah lounge in Manhattan New York charged me 25 dollars. Also, they did not changed my coals like many other hookah lounges I have been to did.

First time visiting Bae Lounge. Dined in with a group of 8 for a birthday dinner. My first impression is recalled from the ambience and decor which was very subtle and red lights feel romantic. Music was great, food was delicious, the service however could be beat. This is no where like Fine Dining but service needs improvement. Expect entrees to come in at different times, to request removal of used/unused dinner plates from the table.

If I could give this place a zero I would!! These reviews have to be from employees or paid because this is one of the worst services I ever had and I been in the restaurant/catering business for 10 years. First of all we sat down for our reservation at 9:30 and didn’t receive our first round of drinks until 10:20 for a party of 13! Then we all ordered food and half of our parties food never came out. I then spoke to the manager, who apparently was the owner and use to be the owner of Nara, which, by the way federal Hill was a lot better when the mob owned it, but we won’t talk about that. He then told me the reason why everything was taking so long was because he had call outs and the table next to me had ordered over $1000 worth of food And making up all these excuses why everything was taking over three hours and telling me I don’t understand! I just looked at him and told him I’m also in the same business and I cater to 100 people a day with just me and two other people and this is unacceptable because anyone should be able to enter an establishment and order as much as they want and not wait over two hours for something that is just unacceptable It’s sad that the service is so bad because the place is actually really cute but I would never come back or recommend this place to anyone. My friends birthday was completely ruined.
Service was horrible. Waiting over 2 hours for Caesar salad and French fries. Fried never came. Gave us a hard time when they added things to the bill that was never received. Awful service would not recommend to

I do not understand how this place has good ratings. New management is needed ASAP. There are two levels and we were on the second. With one server/bartender who was playing about 5 different roles for about 20+ people. We ordered food and it never came. After an hour we had to get up to inquire about what was taking so long, and we were informed there was only 1 chef. ONE. For 2 floors of people. More were rolling in as time passed. We asked for the check and it didn't come either. 1.5hours wasted there. Management needs to shut their doors to customers if their staff is clearly overworked and underpaid. What a joke
