However, there was a noticeable lack of coordination in the service; instead of moving in harmony like an orchestra, the staff appeared a bit randomly rushed, which at times detracted from the calm and sophisticated atmosphere. More sophisticated music selections could also enhance the overall elegance of the space.

My friends and I visited this restaurant on a Tuesday night. The atmosphere was beautiful and the service was impeccable. However, we all ordered cosmopolitans, and they came in the smallest glass I’ve ever seen, with no side car. They also charged us an additional fee for the cranberry in the cosmopolitans. To say we were appalled , when they dropped the drinks at the table, is an understatement. We paid over $20 for each drink and it was gone in three sips. Greed!

However, while some of the dishes were good (vitello tonnato, for example), others were quite average (the beef tenderloin and two pasta dishes). Bottom line - it's definitely an option to consider if you're looking for an upscale dining experience in Providence, but there are better options.

Food was okay, a little too pricey for what they offer and service was kind of slow. The steak tartar was oily. They are not very clear on certain up-charges regarding some requests. I ordered a salad that costed $19 and my girlfriend wanted to get a burrata (which wasn’t even proper burrata and tasted like cream cheese) on top of it. Now, at any other place, they would tell you if their policy is to charge you the amount of the entire plate if you’re looking to just have one part of it. We ordered the salad and our server appealed to our request saying he could do it no problem. It wasn’t made known to us until the check came that we were paying for the salad and the whole burrata appetizer, not just a burrata alone (should’ve cost about $10, knowing this from working in an authentic italian restaurant). At that point I would have just rather have just received the entire burrata appetizer (which is $21, not that I’m mad about the price). All in all, it felt sneaky and wasn’t appreciated at all.

Food was great but some creepy drunk man was weirdly staring at our table (younger sister) the entire dinner, creating an awkward and downright disgusting atmosphere. Staff did nothing to resolve the situation; likely some high paying regular who can’t hang. Can’t have that

I’ve been coming here for over three years, probably more than 20 times, and it never disappoints. The food, service, and atmosphere are all a 10 out of 10. Servers are always pleasant—never pretentious, always welcoming. The dishes are consistently top-notch, made with the best ingredients and cooked with elegance. Seating is comfortable, and sometimes I feel like I’m dining at an upscale spot in Miami.

My first time coming here with my boyfriend and the service was extremely disappointing. We walked in and the hostess honestly looked clueless. She was staring at us and then proceeded to start into space and then completely walked away. Someone else ended up sitting us. We sat and 10 minutes later was offered water. Took another 10 minutes for that. Our server didn’t take our drink order until 25 minutes later. The drinks took another 20 minutes to come out. It was so slow. I am not sure if they were short staffed but our server walked by us and look at us about 20 times before coming over to my table. The food was average. I got a special gnocchi that was drenched in salt. Way too much Salt. Not sure how you mess up a pasta dish like that but it was in edible and again nobody came over to even check on us or ask if it was ok. At that point it wasn’t even worth complaining or ordering something else because everything was extremely slow. Not sure if it was because we are young and she didn’t think we were good for it but it took over 3 hours for us to be finished. So disappointed. Will not be returning.

Really felt treated like I was too poor to eat or drink there. Bartender definitely did not like being asked for something that wasn't on their cocktail menu and made his displeasure pretty evident, to the point where he turned what could have been an easy four rounds and a $100 tip into 1 round and $10. I will say that the ones we had were pretty good, but there's about half a dozen better places with drinks just as good served by more engaged staff within 50 yards.
My man needs to go back and watch Forks a couple times.

Multiple servers were touching the table, cleaning and making sure we had everything we needed. The food, 10/10 their drinks amazing!
