Worker didn’t listen to requests and gave both people in our party incorrect scoops. Tables were dirty. Not a usual Ben and Jerry’s experience.

Very nice service. The worker engaged my 9 year old, appropriately got her order and checked with me if the order was ok, so I could take my time making up my mind. Granted, we were the only ones at the counter, but it took some stress off of me in the moment. 10 stars!

The girls there are the sweetest ever, she allowed me to try many flavors until I found my favorite flavor.

The location is right next to Brown University and has a lot of variety. Service is ok. The door is a little slanted to one side, which is very special.

Very strange experience. Middle aged man with beard named Jason behind the counter took one look at me and said “wow! You look busted ah hell” I was astounded because I had never been treated like this by a customer service representative.

I ignored and tried to order but when I placed my order he continued to ridicule me calling me a “fatso”

I do not recommend buying icecream here. The service is rude to the point of being ridiculous

Worst customer service! Not helpful at all, staff is super rude, they need to train their people on how treat customers. Worst experience ever. I would never go back to this ice cream shop.

It’s approx 9:41pm. Monday night , door is locked.. The lady inside gestured to me they close at 10. Okay? So we have 20 min to buy ice cream not to mention online shows they close at 0100. 7 people showed up as we were walking away, she did the same to them. You lost about $100 worth of ice cream bc your employee wanted to check out 20 min early. Good job.

I took my son here a few days ago to get him a scoop. I didn’t look at prices because, really, how much could it be? $5–$8 for a scoop? I walked out paying OVER THIRTEEN DOLLARS for his ice cream. Granted, it had gummies for a topping but THIRTEEN DOLLARS?? That’s totally insane. I will definitely never be going back and telling everyone I know about the ridiculous pricing! There are plenty of other ice cream places to patronize that don’t cost that much!

Excellent ice cream, but crazy prices. You cannot get out of there for less than $7, even for a kid's size. I like to split a medium with a friend so that it is reasonable. However, it is some of the best ice cream around. Seating inside is quite limited, with three round tables that each seat 3-4 people. Service is usually very friendly and helpful-- I accidentally went there thinking it was free cone day not on free cone day and the person kindly explained my error in a silly way. They also have posters up talking about the fundraising that they do, so maybe the $7 isn't all for naught.

Vegetarian options: It is quite strange to put meat in ice cream, so Ben and Jerry don't typically do that. I know that they have marshmallow flavors but I don't think they include gelatin, would have to double check on that. You will have plenty of meatless ice cream available to you.

Wheelchair accessibility: It is up two flights of stairs. Quite inaccessible. Love Thayer street.
