I’ve ordered a couple ice cream cakes from here over the years. They seem a bit pricy, but they’ve always delivered, and I’m always very happy with the final product. The ice cream cake tastes fantastic, order has been ready on time (and usually early), and I appreciate the staff’s creativity when it comes to my perhaps vague instructions to doodle something on the cake.
I was taken care of today by Venus (like the planet)—great energy, cute smile, and VERY meticulous in accommodating my peanut allergy. Shared a pleasant conversation throughout my order. Engaged with the customers before me as well, with them also returning smiles. An excellent employee was working there today.
Love Ben and Jerry’s. Got the nondairy chocolate chip cookie dough and non dairy strawberry cheesecake. 2 scoops. They have dairy free fudge and cookies as well. Really nice to have a sundae. Now they need dairy free whipped cream.
