I had a huge order for a business and the food was delicious, ready on time and made to order! I really appreciate the staff and how much they went above and beyond to accommodate us and this huge order. They even helped bring everything out to the truck for me! Let me start off by saying I love Big Tony’s pizza, been going for a while now as I live close by. Never have any issues, the staff is always friendly and welcoming. I wasn’t going post a review originally but the last couple days it’s been bugging me, and this is twice in 2 weeks with same employee, so for the sake of accountability, and to get it off my mind, I felt compelled. I went in Saturday evening to order food; wasn’t sure what I wanted. I did ask a lot of questions, because I always try to order something different. The man who took my order (bald short guy with heavy accent maybe Russian or middle eastern idk) seemed agitated that I was asking questions and basically kept telling me that the “menu is right there…” and “the menu will provide you with everything you want to know…” I didn’t have my glasses so I wouldn’t be able to read it anyway. I admit I can be a picky customer and over inquisitive, but the employee should not show emotion or frustration with customers especially when I’m spending money. I did make a couple changes and his dialogue and demeanor with me became more condescending and rude. I will not go in there again if I see him working and if I do I don’t want him taking my order. I work in customer service as well and as I said, I know I can be complicated when placing my order or asking questions, but this employee needs to have patience and not act like he’s disgusted with the customer. Everybody else that was there was great, and I’ve never had this problem before…but I feel better bringing to the business’s attention.
The best in town, hands down. Very friendly people, service is amazing, and big thanks to Tony. Will definitely come back to install more Perforated Vinyl to try their food again.
