The service was terrible. We sat and the waiter got us water and asked if we wanted anything else. We asked if we could have a moment to review the menu. After about 10 minutes of our waiter chatting, going to the bar, checking on another table and the. Setting up a large party table with the manager I called him over and said we would like to order. He said ok and then walked away. A waitress came over and took our order. I ordered my meal with out the pepper flakes. It arrived with the pepper flakes and I could not eat it. We ordered the tuna tartar which came with a bowl of Stacy's pita chips! The drinks were good but that was it. We will never go back.

So, my son ordered the chowder...I had a bite, it was amazing. Service was top notch. However, my filet was literally white when I cut into it. Unacceptable. The wait staff took it away, they promised it would be right on second attempt and it was. The manager came by and took it off my bill as well as my glass of wine. Acceptable. They made it right and because of that they get 4 stars from me. Great recovery Bluefin

Pretty bad experience. Server was pretty lacking in the emotion department, but this didn't cause an issue until our main entree. We started with wings, and while they were pretty overpriced they were very good. However, after waiting a good half hour for our meal my burger (I asked for old bay fries and no pickles nor tomatoes) came with regular fries and both pickles and tomatoes. On top of this, the patty was still mooing! It was bright red and literally bleeding onto the bun, I should've taken photos of it before I sent it back. After another 25 minute wait (it was not that crowded) my burger came with old bay fries, no pickles, and tomatoes 🫩 I was too hungry to send it back again so I just ate it.

Took the wife out for our second anniversary, we decided to
give Bluefin a try. It's a good looking place, music wasn't too loud, everything was clean. The food though, mid at best? Nothing wowed me, nothing stood out as anything more than meh. Calamari was bland, the crabcake sandwich was boring, even the Irish coffee at the end was half-assed at best. Not at all a memorable experience. Overpriced and overhyped. Skip it guys.

I took my BF to bluefin bay resorts for his birthday and we stopped here on night one after driving 5 hours. We ordered food and the food looked horrible and tasted disgusting. My BF never complains and will just stay quiet and pay anyway. But I told him not to because it was his birthday and we should take the food back and request something much more simple. We were seated right out side the kitchen doors. And the entire kitchen staff including out waiter from argentina Lucy I believe was talking crap about us and mocking us. They we’re also making fun of us. We over heard every single thing they said about us. This was the worse experience ever and a way to ruin my BFs birthday!!!

The food and drinks were top notch, however, the lamb shank was still frozen in in part of it. Not sure how that could happen, but they were very apologetic and rectified the issue. The waitress took our drinks off the bill, which was almost the entire price of the lamb shank. We would definitely return as the experience was wonderful!

Lamb was excellent

Amiya !

it was fine? like the food was pretty solid. they were out of a few things tho and just overall weren't super busy but maybe that was due to it being a random Sunday night. perfectly fine.

side note if you get the Greek salad they also give you extra dressing but the salad is already dressed so just be aware (I'm not a heavy dressing girlie yk)

We dined at the Bluefin Grille at the Marriott in Providence. We did have reservations however they probably were not needed since there was only one other other party there. We placed our order and waited and waited and waited for our appetizer, French onion soup. After forty minutes, I asked the waitress if she could bring us some bread. Another ten to fifteen minutes went by and she emerged with the soups and bread. She brought hamburger buns for the bread! What upscale restaurant does that????🫨🫨🫨. We then waited another extended period of time before our entrees arrived-steaks and fish. For dessert we selected their “famous” bread pudding and keylime pie. Though, alas, it was not to be. The waitress informed us they were out of bread pudding. Not surprising since we could not get real bread before dinner-I guess no bakery delivery today. We ordered a dessert selection instead. Overall the food was very good but food is not the only reason we go to a restaurant. Unfortunately, tonight the Bluefin Grille fell short on two very important aspects that make a great dining experience—-service-much too long waiting for our courses. This was due to there only being one server for the room and who also had to act as bartender. Let's not forget t

Ash is incredible! Made our experience amazing! They mix up an amazing martini and any cocktail, honestly. Ash was the highlight of our night in Providence!

The host and the servers were amazing and have never been disappointed with food here. Second visit and calamari are my go to.

Elijah ensured it was a great new years, slight kitchen mixup but he went above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction
