For a place to hang out for a few beers/drinks and chat with locals or the owner/bartender, Gary, you won’t go wrong. Friendly and welcoming. Tv’s to watch the game. Bar food reasonably priced as are the drinks. Gary has a bar tendress, Kathleen, who is also friendly and accommodating. If you are looking for an old school bar that will transport you into the way bars used to be and still should be, go here and enjoy yourself.
Best local bar with neighborhood flair. A hint of PC favoritism abounds. John and Amy were handling the bar and grill, both upbeat and friendly. The guy cleaning tables was Gary, the owner. Make sure to say hi. Terrific!
Stumbled onto this place while attending a hockey game. Local watering hole right across from the arena with good drink prices. The owner bought us a pitcher and was super friendly.
