what ever picture display on this app is fake, the inside setting has changed drastically to not pleasant. what ever the drink you order it all came out as slash ice. the drink is too sweet. we order 7 different drink, all disappointed not the same from the menu.

Best bubble tea in providence! Super sweet and the tapioca is a great texture and not overcooked. Prices are fair too! Highly recommend to anyone visiting or local!
Regular Thai and brown sugar Bubble teas are nothing special. Smoothes are good though. Nice layout and quick service.

I highly recommend Bubble Tea House. I ordered the matcha green tea bubble tea smoothie and got coffee jelly as an add on . This was yesterday when it was SWELTERING out. I placed the order to go 5 minutes ahead of time. It was already prepared when I arrived and it was SO SO delicious. It hit the spot, cooled me down, have me a little burst of energy, lifted my spirits up, and had the most amazing texture and flavor. Thank you bubble tea house! It had been too long and I will return soon. Will also recommend to friends especially on hot days.
Vegetarian options: Not all vegan (many drinks blended with cream), but I think it has vegan options. Ask employees.

The customer service needs to get better. The cashier was not friendly to the family in front of me and to me as well. She seemed to be in a bad mood. Even though I tried to be nice, it didn't make a difference. My drink was good, but all three were not filled up. I wasn't pleased about that. Nevertheless, I will most likely return.
