Miss this Burger King at all costs. The last two trips to their drivethrough have gone as follows: associate taking my order told me a limited time item that was still available was discontinued. Most recently today, I was the 3rd of 3 customers and received the wrong order. They don't know their menu and can't keep orders straight. And the fries were cold.

Dishonest portioning, under-salted, tasted stale yet suspiciously soggy, cold, and you can TASTE that they don’t clean the soda dispenser. Waited literally 15 minutes in the drive through, pulled up and waited two minutes before being acknowledged (I had to call out twice.) Instead of being serviced, got told to “hang on” curtly and waited another five minutes (I checked) before they were willing to acknowledge I existed. An employee held against their will would have more life to them than the service I experienced, all she had was rage and disdain.

Food was great for BK, though I'm not from here so maybe that's why. Service was good, little bit of a wait but they had an employee no-show, it seems. Overheard Sandra instructing one of her employees and it reminded me of my favorite boss who was stern but very understanding and caring for her team

We ordered a combo meal off the app it comes with 2 whoppers (ordered 1 with no onions), a chicken sandwich (ordered it with cheese), a burger (no mustard), 12 mozzarella sticks, 2 drinks, 2 freinstein ice creams, a fry and an onion ring. What we got was 2 very cold and soggy whoppers both with onions, a regular chicken sandwich without cheese, a burger with mustard, 8 mozzarella sticks, a fry, and 2 drinks without ice, 2 Oreo ice creams, a fry and a drink. Pretty much EVERYTHING was wrong. Do NOT RECOMMEND this BK to anyone they DONT LISTEN!!!

This place sucks I ordered 2 fish sandwich combo and I waited literally 20 minutes for my order but when they gives me the food that was wrong … They gives me beef burgers and since it was dark my little sister didn’t noticed and eat it when she said it feel weird I check it and it was beef and she was allergic to it now if something happens it is their responsibility because first they didn’t gives us recipe second they made us to wait more that 25 minutes and third they messed up the food

Cheesy tots were so stale I could throw it across the ocean like a rock .. no, I'm not joking. Off broiler means off broiler. When I go and do the survey it won't let you do it for some reason .. last time there. It doesn't matter how much money I spent either. I spent my money at that location and that's all that matters. I actually asked to get pulled up because I wanted my food fresh and it wasn't just a cheesy tot either

This location is absolutely terrible, ive never had to wait as long as I have in the drive thru of any place like I have here! None of the workers here seem competent and it never seems like there is any one in charge or leadership present - Not only that but the staff seems to always be short which would explain the drive thru times but it seems more like they just dont care
