Understaffed, workers are slow. Always miss an item. The mineral spring avenue location was better before they closed.

It’s nice but the workers there stink like I walked in the place it smelled so bad we were going to leave the store but we were starving and this guy takes my order he smells even WORSE!!! please tell your workers to shower and bathe the smell is really off putting

Definitely understaffed. Gave up on drive thru after waiting almost 10 min with no order taking. Going in was another 20 minutes and still go order wrong. The place always looks trashy. newly refurbished, but always giant gross puddle under drive thru window. don't know why i go here.

We ordered a original chicken sand with lite mayo, no lettuce add cheese, we got a chicken sandwich with lettuce and no cheese, and mayo seemed not so lite. Got a whopper that was done correctly but was cold, and a mushroom Swiss but was on a regular bun not sourdough and was cold. I've been there a bunch of times before and haven't had an issue. I was very disappointed with my order.

The parking lot was disgusting. The inside of the building was dirty, dingy, gross bathroom. I'm not even sure it was cleaned. No assigned manager on site to talk about the condition of the property.

Mike did great assisting me with all my food needs, he made sure my food was not only cooked but also up to my needs, and i believe he managed to change my opinion on that location, as i used to not entirely like it but ever since receiving his customer service it gave me hope that, that location might not be so bad anymore

Lisa the manger is very unprofessional. The managers keep telling me it's not a good time I come to set an interview this is been going on for 2 weeks after my original interview was canceled due one of the manger had family emergency. Very disappointed
Worst experience ever, they told me to wait on the front after I waited for 30 minutes I went inside to check what was going on and girl had the audacity to ask me what did I order ??♂️
The works don't show any respect for the customer, the sandwich came to me folded, the bathroom is dirty and broken.

As always, loud, busy and messy. I don't understand why people throw bags and trash all over the outside of the parking lots and leave shopping carts all over the place. There are trash bins right by the front door inside and outside. Are the customers really that blind?
I only went here because my friend was craving a cheeseburger, and this was the closest location. She's expecting a little one. As soon as I saw the mess, I drove away and found another restaurant.
