Walked in the heat to get $30+ worth of food. A crew worker took 1 of our sandwiches out the bag because the rest of the food wasn't ready. Walked back home and saw 1 of the sandwiches was missing. Called and they said come get it. Walked back they were upset and rude. The other sandwich was made and no apologies were given. This is unacceptable. By the time we got back home the rest of the food was cold & nasty. Mind you me & my sister are both 55 plus with health issues. Live near DD, frequently go, NEVER again!

Every time I go through this drive-through, I say that I want marinara sauce with my mozzarella sticks. I don’t know who eats mozzarella sticks without marinara sauce, but they never put it in the bag. Then for another thing, every time I go in there, there’s always smelly homeless people just hanging out not even eating anything. I’m a service sucks half of the employees have greasy hair.
Poor service, arrived from CT to buy some food. Staff completely dismissed and disconnected from the service of customers. Refused to look at me and other customers in the face. Made comments after leaving without placing an order, because none of the employees would look or address the customers. Very sad to see, first time I have experienced such a disrespect.

These ppl are super slow been there 20 times and they messed up my order 19 of those times,my order couldn’t be more simple either just two items a sandwich and a hash brown how hard is that to get right, and they never apologized once out of 19 times or offered me anything free for my troubles. Wish I can say it’s the employees but there someone different everytime so it just that this burgerking sucks and management/training suck.I’m going to McDonald’s next time

Went to burger and got myself 2 wraps one buffalo one regular but what is wrong with this. The piece of chicken tender was cut in half. Half a piece in each wrap smdh. Not to mention fries are salty as all hell.

The grill manager was not only rude but was also screaming at another customer because she was upset. All he wanted was he’s money back and she was screaming and yelling at him.

At 12:30 1/12/ 2025 i decided to buy some chicken sandwiches by this facility drive through and they always ask you to park and wait for your food i wait on the parking lot 18 minutes and no body came out to bring my food I went in to the facility and ask the shift manager was wrong with my order and she threw the bag on the counter and askme to leave her restaurant she started yelling at me i ask her why she is yelling if im talking about her conduct and why she didn’t at least apologize for taking that long with my food she also have a friend inside the facility and her friend started arguing with me too this place is a nightmare
