Waited until I heard back from their “customer service email” before I wrote this. This bk is always late, they overcharge for items too. Update : today I asked for no pickles on my sandwiches and was met with a rude “anything else?!” A half second later. Of course my sandwiches had pickles and I just threw them because no one eats pickles in my house Thank you Burger King !

My first order and they forgot half my stuff and DoorDash refused to refund me. I bought 6 items and only received 2 of them!!! 2!!!! I knew something wasn’t right when the dasher gave me the bag, it was just too light. These restaurants should be required to weigh the bags before they send stuff out, as a customer it’s frustrating when you spend money on stuff and don’t receive it. That’s robbery 0/10!!! Submitted a report with the BBB as well

Homeless people act like they live there they hangout in the dining area high drunk they get soda refills by going in the garbage and getting used cups for refills all day it's uncomfortable to say the least

I gave a low rating because they were taking forever. I went inside to see what was taking my mom so long. I'm pretty patient, so I waited about 20 minutes before checking. They were short-handed and doing their best, so I didn't give them a lower rating.
