I recently discovered this hidden gem of a croissant bakery, and it's an absolute delight! The croissants are perfectly flaky on the outside and irresistibly buttery on the inside. Really good croissants! You have to pre order given the nature of the business but you're in for a treat! Butter overload in the standard croissant, stuffed, or the delicious croissant loaf. My only complaint is it's too buttery, though that is a minor nitpick.

Best pastries ever.I waited a few months to get off the waiting list. Tried almost everything, and the Yum Roll is hands down the best. Perfect balance of the buttery layers and sweetness.ButterBang is now a must have for me and my partner, every single weekend.

We finally made it off the waitlist! We tried most of the croissants off the menu, my favorite was the everything croissant with cream cheese, but all of them were outstanding! The best croissants I’ve had in New England. The proprietor was friendly and knowledgeable and the new spot in Pawtucket is walkable from our place, which is an added bonus. Looking forward to our next visit.

The new location feels like it’s right out Paris right down to the adorable “Boulevard de Buerre” sign.The croissants are absolutely delicious. We tried:- the Classic- the Dainty Pig (Proscuitto & Gouda)- Choco- Almond FilledAll of them were a beautiful combo of flaky, buttery light and airy perfection. You can really tell the care and love that has gone into baking each one of these croissants.I would highly recommend jumping on that mailing or wait list asap! I am OBSESSED with the Bang Bar croissant bread pudding, never had anything like it. Also had a butter croissant with some chicken pâté from nicks on broadway.. heavenly
These are my favorite croissants ever! Crispy, flaky, with many many layers ? my favorite one was chocolate coconut, it was to die for! Love their chocolate and butter croissants too. Today I tried their za'atar gouda cheese croissant today and loved it! You got to put an online order because they sell out fairly soon.

Enticed by the rave reviews, I knew I had to try Butterbang. I got the chocolate almond croissant and chocolate croissant -- they were both very flaky and had a satisfying crunch, but I wish the almond one had a stronger almond profile. Butterbang has a great variety of flavors, but they sell out very quickly once orders go live. Signing up for their listserv is definitely needed so you can grab the flavors you want. Since it's a bit inconvenient to have to plan ahead for their treats and pick-ups are generally only in the morning, I will probably not be back, unless a special flavor catches my eye.

This place is seriously amazing. The owner really cares about the quality of the product that he meticulously produces, and it shows! Great looking croissants and absolutely delicious. My personal favorites are the croissants with coffee glaze and the croissant loaf. Always amazing, definitely worth to try.
