Way over priced and in need of good management. Three people behind the counter too busy talking to each other to be bothered to help customers. Said they would bring my cappuccino to me then left it on the counter getting cold. When I asked if they could warm it up, they poured it back into the frother mixing it into hot coffee milk. All this for $6. Beautiful location on a nice day but suggest you go to the museum and skip the coffee shop. Much better places nearby.

The breakfast sandwich on a fresh biscuit was one of the best breakfast sandwiches I've had in Providence! I'd recommend that you pay the extra $2.00 for the biscuit upgrade and not skimp; it makes a big difference. My friend ordered the breakfast sandwich on an English muffin and it was good, but not quite as good as on the biscuit. The coffee here is also excellent. If you're planning to stay at the cafe, you should know that it can be tough to get a table. A lot of customers seem to study or work here for extended periods, so tables only infrequently become available. I'd recommend ordering your food and drink to go by default whenever you visit; you can always nab a table if you're lucky enough to have one become available while you wait for your order.

Hell yeah (a little pricey but expected for campus cafes). Wish there were more chairs/tables

My family and I recently visited the RISD Museum in Rhode Island, and it was a memorable experience. After enjoying the impressive art collections, we decided to grab some drinks from Cafe Pearl. We ordered a mocha latte, an Americano, and a hot chocolate.

However, when I tried to pay, my credit card was declined multiple times since it wasn’t a US card. I only had enough cash to cover the hot chocolate. I asked the staff to cancel the rest of the order, but to our surprise, they generously told us not to worry and gave us the mocha and Americano for free.

Their kindness truly made our visit special. Thank you.

I really enjoy their sencha. Would love even more green tea options. Matcha is decent too but matcha is so expensive everywhere, esp for a small cup. Often hard to find a seat. I usually see a lot of students there who don't appear to have purchased anything which unfortunately takes up some of the seats. Overall a great place - happy it exists. Most of the staff is very nice.

The staff was nice, the atmosphere chill and friendly, the environment clean and cool, but DAMN are the drinks unsatisfactory.Fall Latte was extremely watery, either there’s too much water or the milk is not quality. Quite disappointing for a price of $5.75 + taxes.

Superb coffee. Just inside the Benefit Street entrance of the RISD Museum, but you do not need to buy a museum entrance to eat there.

The Saigon tea (cinnamon, lemongrass) is great for fall. 🍁
