Nice almond croissant. The coffee is good!
Caffe Nero is so cute, and everything is fantastic! Came here twice during my vacation, and the drinks were amazing and so was the food. The line can get a little long, but that is because the barista’s take their time actually crafting your drink and not just throwing it together like at Starbucks. All the pastries and sandwiches are so fresh and delicious. I wish I lived here so I could keep coming back!!

This was our favorite spot for coffee and lunch while staying at the Omni Providence. Great sandwiches and many good pastries to choose from.

Came to Providence for 2 days with my gf seen this caffe on the street and decided to stop by. I ordered Ham and Cheese croissant and Chicken Pesto Provolone chabata. With Iced Strawberry Vanilla Matcha Latte and a regural Latte. Not kidding the best coffe I ever had in my life I was watching the barista do his magic unlike nothing i’ve ever seen. Coffe beans were all the way from Kenya,Africa tasted absolutely amazing. Food tasted really good as well and was fresh, if i’m ever back in Providence i’m stopping by 100%

Love this place, but a barista made me and a few other customers visibly uncomfortable. He is very passive aggressive, extremely loud with his responses (making the entire cafe jump at one point when he responded to someone trying to buy a coffee) explained to an Asian women she needed to “try to annunciate because words can sound similar”. If I didn’t have schoolwork due that day I would’ve left. Not trying to be a Karen, but felt like it needed to be addressed and hopefully advised.
Really bad service. 15min in line just to order, 4 attendants that could not get it moving. Not friendly staff. And overpriced! Do not recommend this place. There are many other nicer coffee places in the area

It's clear how hard this staff works! The line was to the door. Butter cake (idr the exact name) so tasty, and the mocha hit the spot. I stopped here after getting off the Peter Pan bus. Thanks for being a great pit stop on my journey!

Stopped in for some afternoon coffee and sweets. Not disappointed.
We sampled tiramisu, cinnamon bun and chocolate cake. The tiramisu was one of the best Jess has had. Light and full of flavor. Cinnamon bun had awesome icing, but likely was better freshly baked. The cake was rich and chocolatey, but a bit dry.
I had cold brew with cold foam and it was excellent. Strong, but not bitter at all. Jess had latte, her favorite and liked it.
Cute place, great service from Tolani. Her work partner seemed a bit controlling, so glad we had her serving us.

Their costumer service is excellent, coffee and food as well, but their matcha unfortunately isn’t. The ratio is so off that it looks muddy and just tastes like the milk and the syrup. RI has plenty of good places for Matcha, but not here!

It was 2:50 PM. I was going to wet myself, so i saw this beautiful restaurant and i decided to get in. When i got in, i politely said good afternoon and i did not received a greeting back. Then i said: “i really have to go to the bathroom.” and the staff responded like they don’t have anything to do: “You need to buy something before you can use the bathroom” and i said ok, i understand. Then i proceeded to look the menu to buy something cheaper and i did not saw anything cheap, it was all unnecessary expensive, and when i was deciding what to choose the staff (it was a man) started to asking me so many questions about what i want to buy and i said: i need more time, and he was insisting to telling him what i want, then the man said: “if you don’t buy something, you have to leave the place NOW!”
When i heard that, i felt soooo bad, like a dog in the rain without a house. i felt so bad that i walked out from the place, leaving that feeling inside of me for like 2hr.
I don’t recommend this place at all. It’s a shame that older reviews talk about the bad customer service of this place and they don’t do anything about it.
