I ordered a large iced coffee and a piece of walnut banana bread. The BANANA BREAD WAS AMAZING!!!!!! The coffee also was great! A great vibe for some studying or a solo hangout. Also a great spot to meet some friends and catch up. The barista who helped me was absolutely incredible. It was my first time and I didn’t feel rushed or anything, like I do in other coffee shops! The vibe was very laid back. I will gladly shop here instead of Starbucks!

Stopped in while I was staying across the street in the Omni for a conference at the convention center. The decor is SO cute! There's a little library area with a fireplace, books, couches... and then the rest of the space is tables and chairs like a regular cafe. I had a black coffee which was really good, and my friend and I shared the vegetarian frittata, and a turkey/cheese/fig jam on a croissant. I loved both. I especially loved that the croissant had seeds for more flavor/texture. We downloaded the app so that we could receive a free pastry; she got banana bread and I got cranberry orange. They were both fantastic. The line was very long but I am attributing that to the conference and the fact that there were 1000s of people staying across the street. I recommended this place to others while I was staying!

These people. Their hours are posted as open until 7 pm on Saturdays. At 6:30 pm, they shut out the light s and yelled at the top of their lungs that they "are now closed". When people didn't leave quickly enough for them, they kept repeating it. The manager of this place needs to instill in the help that the hours posted aren't when they get to go home. They should be doing their clean-up routine after closing, not a half hour early. They turned away so many people. I won't be back.

A nice cozy place to meet friends for some coffee and delicious food. It was very spacious, with a variety of seating options. I have been there three times and there is always a steady flow of customers. I met a friend there today for coffee, and it was exceptionally busy. We were seated inside when they needed to close for about a half hour to restock the bakery items. If you were already in the restaurant, they of course let you stay, as they were working as fast as they could to restock everything. There were two signs placed on the door clearly stating they were closed, yet my friend and I were surprised at how rude some of the customers were. A few walked up to the door, read the closed sign, and literally threw their hands in the air in frustration and stomped away angrily. Some though, completely disregarded the signs and entered anyway. One woman even said to the other on her group "I don't care what that sign says, I'm going in. They can't stop me." Some were getting upset and huffy that they could not be served. However, the staff was very polite, allowed them to wait inside while they finished restocking. I felt the staff handled the situation with grace.

The atmosphere is excellent. The food is very good. I’m not too happy about the processed eggs. I wish I had a real egg option. When people think of nice cafés like this, they expectations are having real organic non-GMO products. Also, customer service was a 50-50 the day before the employees were Excellent today, Thursday, February 8 10:30 AM. The experience wasn’t that great one employee was very quiet and I could tell she was recognizing the unpleasant employees attitude a different employee dropped the customers food on the ground by accident and did not say one word to the customer just a dead glare as if she did not want to be there I believe she should’ve excused herself. It was just a mistake and asked the customer if they have a few more moments to wait while she prepares another sandwich if not, she could prepare another one immediately. And I say this because time is of the essence in the heart of downtown and sometimes customers don’t have time to wait around, even if it was a simple mistake. I myself wanted a coffee made a specific way, and was told this is not the Italian way. I myself am Italian the correct response would have been excuse me, sir. This is how we normally prepare it. Would you like me to prepare it a specific way for you. Instead, I got a very sarcastic attitude because of the attitude and the negativity. She also forgot to prepare my sandwich. I could tell overall, this girl had good intentions. Don’t think she was a bad person just that she does not have experience with customer service and needs to be trained correctly, and two dominant girls were suppressing the one who obviously was observing their behavior and wanted nothing to do with it. Be aware of your staff, especially with a high-end establishment customers excellent experience. It looks like a lot of effort into the design and ambience of this place. I’m going to give this another chance in hopes that I don’t receive the same attitude if I do, I’ll be sure to correct that employee, best of luck. I love the store. I love the concept. The coffee is excellent. The food is good. These are just my feelings and my personal experience..

I was visiting in town with my mom today and the customer service was so POOR. They took a while to get to us and when they did the black girl who provided us with our order had such a disgusting attitude. She was very unhelpful as though she was annoyed we were asking about some of the food items.Then when my mom asked for her receipt she ignored her and my mother asked again and was met with “Mam I don’t know why you’re asking because tax is added on with everything”. Like okayyyy, we know that but give her the receipt - she paid for it!When she finally gave her it, her attitude was worse than it was before, she behaved like a Grinch and proceeded to say in a snarky tone, “Have a nice day!”.Definitely will Not be back because of the customer service. The croissants, matcha and cake were delightful but not the employees!As a visitor I did not feel welcomed.

Nice cozy spot that I visited for the second time with my two young sons. My 14 year old ordered using their mobile app to get a free pastry and drink. They were promoting it at the store. He ordered and waited over 20 minutes for his order. He had ordered a chocolate croissant which apparently they were out of and the barista randomly replaced it with some sort of poppy seed pastry. When I went up to see if they had something sweet instead the manager or shift leader snapped at me saying that they were busy and just substituted what they wanted. I asked for a chocolate muffin and at least they were willing to accommodate. We will most likely give them another shot but won't be using the mobile app again.
