Every time I order from here they mess up my order. I can be on the phone with them for ten mins and repeat my order over and over again and they still manage to ruin the order and are super unapologetic at that. Smh never again

I really used to love ordering the birria tacos on door dash! I ordered a few times. Unfortunately this time I felt something really big and chewy. To my surprise this artery or vein looking piece came out of my mouth which completely ruined my appetite. I’ve never experienced anything like this before anywhere so I immediately called the restaurant. I sent pictures and they just kept making excuses saying well what kind of meat did you order after repeating myself that I just ordered the birria once the pictures were sent they told me “it must be a nerve or something from the cow”. I just hung up the phone with how careless they were. I’ve never in my life experienced this. I’m completely grossed out and I eat birria from a lot of different places and this never happened.

Finally! A _real_ taqueria on the east coast, where the meal comes with chips and they have Jarritos Tamarindo! Places like this are rare on this side of the Mississippi; glad I found it!

This place is wildly good. Highly shocked. I didn't expect it to be this good. Expected another fast food Chipotle. However, Caliente is better and more fresh then Chips and is on Baja's fresh and authentic level. As Baja's continue to grow you see some slips in authentic as they become so big. Caliente has great bowl combinations. Their chicken was Super Fresh in my favorite was refried beans over pinto beans. Big hit. And you can put fries in the bowl for less. It was clean and the service was good. And I loved the chips and salsa what's a meal. It reminded me of another local place that used to give salsa and chips with your meal and then they took their salsa bar away. Silly move. Caliente doing it right. Try this place. Love it !

Great food, but I wish I had not gone in to pick up my food because then I wouldn’t have known about the terrible customer service. The two times I went to pick up my food, I was ignored for a long while until I spoke up. The first time, the worker walked right by me while I was standing in the pick up area and didn’t even acknowledge my presence. I stood patiently and waited trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, until it became clear that they were intent on ignoring me. On both occasions I had to speak up after being completely ignored. The first time, the worker wasn’t even with customers, she seemed to be organizing things. My food was sitting in a bag that was visible to me and it only had to be handed over. It seems she thought I worked for a food delivery service like Door Dash (which doesn’t make the treatment any better). Nonetheless, as much as I really like the tacos, I won’t be back. I don’t think it’s a coincidence that two different workers at the same establishment completely ignored and disregarded me.

Much better version of Chipotle! Great menu, comfortable seating, quick and friendly service. The food was served in large portions, at very reasonable prices, all tasting fresh and authentic! I will be back :)
