Awful customer service at the providence location. Woonsocket is great. Like other commenters, I ordered at the wrong location because each google search result for location brings you to a SEPARATE WEBSITE. So I ordered from pvd and needed woonsocket. Realized when I got to the store and called to cancel and refund. I had to call FIVE TIMES to get the person on the phone to tell me the manager said it was all set. Today 4 days later the money comes out of my account. I had to spend 5 minutes on the phone speaking to a guy in broken english that I need to speak with a manager, and getting pushback the whole time. Finally transferred to a girl who tells me the manager can be called at 3pm tomorrow. Why am I doing this much legwork for a refund?!?

I've gotten delivered food from them many a time, always fantastic. I went in for takeout this week and was not disappointed. The woman at the counter was friendly, fun, and patient with me. My one regret is that the food was so good I inhaled it before I remembered to take photos.

Pickup order was 15 minutes late and the guy at the counter is sitting down on his phone ever chance he gets. Couldn’t give me $0.86 worth of lime slices to make up for it.
