Tacos for excellent the restaurant was nice and clean in the bathroom was clean, they also have a nice deck outside with a couple of tables and a clean bathroom and the staff was very friendly.

Ordered QuesoBirria and for some reason got tacobirria without even the consomme and the canned soda as advertised on ubereats. Kind of speaks for itself the disappointment in that.

Who ever works the front has terrible customer service. Ordered online, when I arrived at 7pm to pick up my order I was told it was 7:10pm which is fine. She handed me one taco and a box of 3 tacos. I did not pay $48 for 4 tacos I explained this is not what I ordered, she claimed I did until I showed my receipt. I then waited another 15 minutes and everyone who came in after me got their food except for me. I asked for a refund which was another hassle. I won’t do business with them again.

Don't come on your lunch break unless you call ahead. It's the only one I've been to that takes 30 minutes to make 3 tacos... worst california taco in the state. I go to California taco a lot for lunch because it's very fast but not this one, never again

Ordered 5 taco rolls online at 12:02pm for ASAP. Walked in at approx 12:15, asked about status of my order, was told that order would not be ready until 1240. Lady at counter went in back, told them I was there, and then proceeded to make wait until 1240. Meanwhile several people came and went with their food while I was forced to wait for an item that I had PREPAID for, and shouldn’t take more than 10 minutes to prepare. At 1240 my order was STILL not done. I told them to cancel my order. The lady rudely told me that it’s my fault while refunding the order to my card. They told me it will take 2+ weeks for a refund. However, I am not even confident I will receive my money back. So I anticipate an update in 2 weeks.

I had a very awkward experience at this place. I ordered some steak nacho fries with extra meat to go. I asked for 2 separate small containers for my kids since we were sharing, and I wanted to avoid a mess if possible. When I opened the container with the nacho fries, I immediately noticed there was barely any meat on them. (Mind you, I've ordered the exact same thing from here in the past with no issues) I usually don't make a big deal about things, but I did pay for extra meat, so I called the restaurant. The young lady who took our order told us to bring the nacho fries back into the establishment. To my surprise, she claimed that we used the 2 small containers (that I requested earlier for my kids) to remove the meat from the nachos🤣. So I asked her how much did she charge for the extra meat, and she said it was only a dollar. So I told her I couldn't believe she had the audacity to accuse us of such a thing over a dollar worth of extra meat. Her response was that I could go back in and get the dollar if I wanted to (which I did). I'm not sure what past experiences she's had with other customers, but I was a bit shocked that she actually imagined that I ordered the separate containers so that I could remove the meat from the nachos then go back in to try and get over on them. Obviously, they never added the extra meat. Had they added it, I would've never complained. I sure won't be going back to this place. They lost a customer over 1 dollar when they could've easily fixed the problem. Unbelievable.

The North Providence location Is disgusting food was old and burnt disgusting.
I ordered 8 tacos specifically asked for no pico de gallo on all of them. And I also asked for carnitas and instead they delivered 8 supreme tacos with steak and pico de gallo. 35 dollars down the drain smh NEVER again!!!!

My co worker and I went there for lunch and were highly disappointed, I wish I would have taken pictures. They served me the skimpiest tacos I have ever eaten. I took the fillings from the three tacos that I got and made 1 regular taco like the other Cali tacos I go to. Never coming to this location again!!!
