This location is extremely hit or miss. Very rarely is the food hot, and if you order on Doordash, they almost always forget something, or you get a different item entirely. The cali box either has cold quesadillas or only 10 pieces of chips. Not only that, but they ALWAYS forget to put the salsa sides. I ordered the Cali box tonight through doordash, and instead of getting what I ordered, they gave me a big steak quesadilla. I also ordered tacos separately (which I've received), but they didn't even bother to give me the taco that comes with the cali box. They can make the chicken tacos, but can't make the steak one? I've tried to call to see if I could go in and have them fix it, but they've declined my call 3 times in a row. The only reason I've continued to eat from here is because it's the only one that I can order from. At this point, this location is a lost cause, and I'll never eat from here again. Save yourself the headache and order from a different location that actually gives a damn about your food.

Great food. Please stop with the guilt trip inducing tip requests. Y'all are NOT $2-3 hr tip wage Service providing employees when handing over takeout food in a bag. Sorry, not sorry - as this needs to STOP. Else, food is killer good.

I traveled from CT to come here, And I will be 100% Honest I didn't expect it to be such a vibe, The food was amazing, Margaritas tower amazing, Prices were amazing. The only thing i can say i didn't like was because i was there for about 5 hours once my waitress left no one came to my table besides someone to refill my hookah, I was trying to order more tacos but instead i left, Besides that everything was great, I will be back.

I went to Calitaco on a Tuesday after seeing it on Instagram. It looked like a nice place with great food, and they had free hookah before 9. So, I decided to take a girl on a date there. Biggest mistake. It was a “TUESDAY,” yet the music was so loud that I could barely hear myself think. I was still excited for the food, but unfortunately, a waitress never came to our table, and we waited for roughly 45 minutes. The only positive aspect of this place was the gentleman who brought out the hookah; he took our order and delivered it quickly. That’s the only reason they didn’t receive a one-star rating, even though they fully deserve it.
They definitely listen to feedback. The food was amazing. The mixed drinks and the vibes were on point ! I was a little hesitant at first based off the reviews. It was a very busy Friday and the service was amazing ! Definitely will be back
