Had a great experience at Capt Loui. The server was incredibly kind, attentive, and made us feel welcomed from the moment we sat down. The food was good and came out quick. Bonus points for the cozy atmosphere - it was cold and super windy outside, but inside was warm and comfortable, which made the experience even better.
