Waited for 12 minutes, servers just looked at us and ignored us.All the servers were on their phones so we left and then they rolled their eyes at us. All the reviews on here are being bribed because the stand up menu on the table says that “if you rate them highly they’ll give you a free dessert”, This furthermore not only shows but proves that their service is bad. Others around us who had been there for quite a while didn’t have food in-front of them too.

We had an amazing experience at Cap’t Loui on Federal Hill — and it was all thanks to Eva, our waitress! From the moment we sat down, she made us feel totally welcome and taken care of. She was upbeat, knowledgeable, and had the perfect balance of friendly and professional.
The Adult Capri Sun was such a fun surprise — dangerously delicious and the perfect kick-off to our meal. And the seafood boil? Absolutely out of this world! Perfectly seasoned, cooked to perfection, and served piping hot. We left with full bellies and big smiles.
Eva truly elevated the entire experience. If you’re heading to Cap’t Loui, ask for her — you won’t regret it!
