My husband and I have been getting prepared meals from Caribbean Soul for 2 months. The meals are custom made to our needs and are delicious!! We have been having them for lunch and dinner. The seasoning is so perfect and expertly done. I am not a cook, but I can appreciate a good meal AND the fact that making my lunch has become extremely easy :) It is a time and money saver for sure because I don’t have to do meal planning or grocery shopping. I absolutely loooove the food from Carribean Soul! It never disappoints. I especially love Doubles (A Trini Street food consisting of fried dough, topped with chick peas and various seasonings. I describe it as “a mouthful of deliciousness”). I brought them to a family gathering and EVERYONE, I mean EVERYONE loved them. Another favorite is the Honey Jerk Salmon. I bought one order and shared it with my aunts, The portions are generous but I still got back in line for another...
