Small but Mighty! Casa Azul Taqueria is an unassuming restaurant just 5 min drive from Roger Williams. They had a wide array of menu options, including vegan and vegetarian options. Although there are only a few sit down tables inside, this place is a must for dine in or carry out if you’re in the area! Very accommodating with my children. Clean, good prices, and excellent food!

Our meal was delicious and our food was hot, fresh, and ready quickly. The birria nachos were topped generously but still packaged thoughtfully to keep the chips from getting too soggy for takeout. They were phenomenal! We will definitely be coming back.

Based on the reviews this looked like a promising place to eat. Unfortunately the chicken flautas were very bland. They looked pretty but didn't taste like much. My sister got the pork carnitas and said the same thing, very flavorless. The restaurant is also very small, which I wasn't expecting. 3 tables is all. At least it was cheap!

The chicken tacos are amazing! I coordinated with Casa Azul to get food for a community project and their hospitality was amazing. Not to mention it is very cute inside. Will be back!

Hands down the best Mexican cuisine I've ever had. We got the chickpea chorizo nachos and man we wanted a whole other plate right after they were so amazing! Service was great, parking was easy, very quaint and interesting atmosphere in close quarters (this enhances the experience, I promise) prices are seriously criminally affordable, hubby loved his margarita and the hibiscus lemonade I got was incredible! Really great for vegetarians or vegans! We cannot wait to come back for date night!

Cheryl and I dined with friends last night at Casa Azul Taqueria at 840 Allens Avenue in Providence. Although the place is small, with just three tables and primarily offering takeout, the food is fantastic, featuring great vegan options. We're definitely going back!

A really nice+ experience overall. Great appetizers and what seemed to be boundless guacamole and chips. The waitress was attentive and very personable. We had a group of 8 and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Very reasonable pricing. Great value. Didn't know what to expect with a new restaurant but I would absolutely recommend it again.

Its a small place, but you can tell its busy because everyone wants to get food here. Aside from the regular menu are the seasonal specials, and the drink menu makes it even better.
I'm looking forward to the chicken tings tacos I ordered. This place definitely has passionate and hard working people running and working it!
