Pollo or Lomo Saltado

Arroz Chaufa Entree
Peruvian Chinese style seafood fried rice, fried in a wok to very high temperatures, with sesame oil, ginger, spring onions, and soy sauce.

I went to Ceviches last night for Valentine’s Day with my husband . Overall the experience was great with minor inconveniences. We had a reservation but had to wait until some people left which is understandable because some people arrive late to their reservation causing other people with reservations not being able to be sit on time, the hostess was very nice and made sure we got our table as quickly as possible. The food was amazing and the drinks were great too, only complaint...

I recently dined at Ceviches, a Peruvian restaurant, and was thoroughly impressed. I tried the Lomo Saltado, and it was absolutely fantastic. The beef was tender and flavorful, complemented perfectly by the sautéed onions, tomatoes, and the savory soy-based sauce. The fries soaked up all the goodness, making every bite a perfect balance of textures and flavors.

The atmosphere of the restaurant was warm and inviting, with attentive service that made the experience...

Clearly food is made here with a passion and love. We drove in from Boston and it was worth the trip. Recommend the Saltado de lomo and the ceviche de salmon en canasta de toston is a must. Great atmosphere and friendly attentive staff.
