I’ve visited FOUR times but haven’t been able to try the food yet — the place was either closed earlier than the listed hours or on an extended break.
Also, they only accept cash.
Food took forever after ordering, shrimp was not properly cleaned even in the nim chow it had the full tail, chicken wings are basic, fried rice wasnt completely cooked. Wouldnt order again google reviews tricked me lol

My favorite hidden gem in Cranston. My favorite dish is the Cambodian soup and the fresh spring rolls. When you done here you feel like it’s Sunday dinner with the family. I highly recommend Chamnan for their authentic cuisine.

Easily the most Cambodian(Khmer) experience in the area. It's authentic and not americanized. Don't skip on this little gem if you want the real deal. Friendly and freshly made. Kudos, Chamnan Asian Kitchen. Great food!

If you’re craving authentic Khmer food, this hidden gem is a must-visit! The chef/owner pours pure love into every dish, keeping the flavors bold and true to Cambodian home cooking. It’s like stepping into your mom’s or dad’s kitchen—pure nostalgia on a plate! ❤️
✨ What I Tried:
• Kuy Teav: Traditional Khmer rice noodle soup, comforting and full of flavor 🍜
• Pan-Seared Fish: Perfectly cooked, garnished with vibrant mixed veggies and peppers 🐟
• Cambodian Beef Delicate Soup: Warm, savory, and satisfying 🥩
• Ban Chaev: Crispy Vietnamese breakfast pancakes, bursting with texture and flavor 🥞
• Stir-Fried Chicken Lemongrass: Fragrant, tender, and absolutely delicious 🍗🌿
Since moving to GA, I’ve missed Khmer food terribly, so I indulged—and it was worth every bite! 🙌 The restaurant is cozy with limited seating, so you might have to wait, but trust me—it’s so worth it. They also offer ready-to-go dishes if you’re in a hurry.
Pro Tip: Come early to beat the crowd or grab takeout if you’re on the go!
⭐ 4 STARS: Authentic flavors, warm hospitality, and a solid go-to for Cambodian cuisine in Providence. The space is small, but the food more than makes up for it!

I’ve been wanting to try this place, but every time I come it’s closed. Today it was finally open and I got the kathew kaw ko. I was pleasantly surprised how good it was because I don’t usually like kaw ko from Khmer restaurants. Deff hit the spot 10/10 and I can’t wait to come back to try other dishes ?
