Cozy and friendly Taiwanese boba tea house, I love the fact they personalized the sweetness levels of all of the tea. We really enjoyed the fried chicken and the fresh made Wheel Cakes.

Charuma isn't just any boba tea shop; it's beyond compare. Their teas and boba boast exceptional quality, with rich flavors that leave a lasting impression. And their Taiwanese fried chicken? It's as authentic as it gets, perhaps even better than what you'd find in Taiwan. I highly recommend Charuma for a truly delightful culinary experience.

Our first time at Charuma. I got the jasmine green milk tea 25% sugar, and my friend got the jasmine green tea with passion fruit 0% sugar. Glad we went with less sugars like the other reviews say. The jasmine green tea tasted really floral and fresh. Fast service despite being busy.

1. Fried chicken filet was delicious!! Very authentic and close to the ones I’ve had in Taiwan! 5 stars!!2. Tea was good in my bubble milk tea but bubble was overly sweetened and on the harder chewy side3. Location is small and has strong frying oil smellWouldn’t come back for the bubble but would be back for the chicken!

I love their tea base - it really is so fragrant and subtle. I've tried a few of their tea varieties so far and everything is a hit. I think both the milk and fruit teas are really good, so it's mood dependent on what I end up ordering. My only constructive feedback is that the boba ball sizes are kinda small compared to the other shops so I accidentally swallowed a few more than usual. Anyway, I noticed there was some cute Christmas decor up recently and it really brightened up the space. I'll keep stopping by since I think Charuma is such a charming tea shop worth going out of the way for. Next time I'm excited to try the food as well.

Sweetest staff ever, and really good is you’re looking for boba that’s based on more natural and basic teas and milk teas instead of extravagant and expensive drinks. Also really fairly priced!

Didn’t try the bubble tea; whole place smelled like rancid deep-fry oil. Was in there for a only minute and my clothes stink T_TDecor was nice, if they figure out ventilation it could be cute.

Great milk tea options, but definitely on the sweeter side, so go lower on sugar % than you think you want. Fantastic popcorn chicken snack, couldn’t stop eating it!

Well interior decor. Their specialty is homemade boba which taste really good. I like different milk options with Oat Milk, Half and Half or Almond Milk. I prefer fresh fruit tea versus syrup so I didn’t try any of the fruit tea. Hope service can be improved with more friendly attitude to customers. Strong fried chicken lack of ventilation upon walking in to the store.
