So slow for fast food. I ordered online before getting there but still waited 20 minutes for a burger. Does it really take that long to assemble a burger?
This is a follow up I’m adding 30 minutes later: they got my order wrong - I ordered 3 burgers and got 2. Also, I asked for lite ice in my Coke but got a room temperature Coke with no ice.

I believe the delivery was quick. The grilled chicken sandwich is so tender and tasty. I wish they would have an actual location in Northern Rhode Island. The one in Providence is delivery only. The other location is way up Bald Hill Road Warwick. We need more locations. The best grilled chicken! I have it as only a treat.

Really bad service. The employees just don’t care at all. It takes forever. They likely won’t help you if there are any issues with your order. At least one time they gave my food to someone else. I was unable to get food for myself or get a refund. Honestly, get your food somewhere else. Or if you’re really craving Chick Fil A, drive to Warwick or Seekonk - TRUST me, it will be worth it over dealing with this place.

The worst chick fil a I have ever been too. No drive thru and every time you arrive your order is never ready and you’re always waiting 10-20 minutes. Always 1 cook in the kitchen taking a whole hour to make a single order. Place is so terrible and inconvenient it might as well close down.
