Very strange set up. Outside looks like a warehouse, and you cannot order inside/in a drive through. You have to submit an online order through Chick-fil-A or the food delivery services instead. Food was finished very quickly, and we were on our way!

It is a chick-fil-a, but you can only pick up your food here. You have to order online; the first time I've seen one or been one like this. I ordered my food when I got there and received my food within five minutes. It was great.

This place has one of the best chicken fillets in the business. But put it on one of the worst cheapest rolls in the world. Its just a real cheap hamburger roll. Spend a few cents more for the roll and you'll be golden and i will start going back.

THANK YOU!I did an online catering order and called the morning of that I was supposed to pick it up just to check in and make sure it was good to go because it was a huge order for a work event!They told me over the phone they didn't see my order and I was panicking! The manager - Malia - got on the phone and apologized but said she wanted to ensure we were taken care of. She took the whole order again over the phone and promised to get the order ready in time for us later that afternoon!They made it happen! They insisted on bringing the entire enormous order to and in my car! They were so polite and even gave us a goodie bag of items and a HANDWRITTEN CARD thanking us for ordering and provided us with a free tray with our already big order!100% amazing customer service and I cant recommend them enough! So impressed and a job well done!THANK YOU!

Ordered delivery through the chikfila app, used my free chicken sandwich reward and ended up never receiving my order as it was sent to the wrong house. Called customer support for chikfila delivery and spoke to a woman who told me i could not get a re-delivery, or a refund or a new reward added to my account. Asked to speak to a manager because it was all so ridiculous, she said no manager wanted to take mycall. Definitely never eating at chikfila ever again
