My boyfriend immediately threw up the food. Sat around the mall for a good hour with him constantly throwing up. His eyes were red, hives, and bad stomach and chest pains. I thought he was having an Allergic reaction so When I got security to help me they said this happens a lot from china wok and that they are disgusting with managing their food. They told me he would be throwing up all night. I thought I was going to have to take him to the hospital. The employees were very rude to us and everyone else in line. I should’ve taken that as a sign to not give them any business. After seeing all the reviews about the same experiences, I can’t believe they’re still running. Absolutely disgusting.

Loved this place before, when I tried mushrooms with some soy sauce or something like that, and it was delicious. Then we stopped by last Saturday (7/26/25), we were browsing the food and the 'boss' lady was very pushy, literally telling us to buy this or that. We ordered noodles and shrimp, and asked them to put them in separated containers because I don't eat seafood and my wife does. Because of that, the 'boss' said that was two separated orders. My wife explained (in Chinese) that I don't eat seafood and wanted them separated (we were going to order more food, but at this point we decided not to) and the boss first said yes then changed her mind and said no. The food was good. The experience was very poor. Doing business this way doesn't work for me. Never going back there. The cashier was really nice, the rest, poker face.

Worst service possible. As I was paying for my food, the cashier ripped my credit card out of my hand and tapped it herself. Afterward, I wasn't asked for a receipt or anything else. She just walked away and ignored the customers. The food started off good, then got cold in ~5 minutes and tasted bland.

Food tasted so old! Like they reused old oil to cook it with, it tasted so gross. I should have thrown it away but I was starving. They also bait and switched, offering a sample of FRESH chicken only for the batch they gave me chicken from to be old or made with older ingredients at least..... Honestly, I'm afraid people might be getting sick here! Do not eat here!
The staff were super nice but the food is so bad… the chicken is very dry, the broccoli chicken the broccoli is hard not cooked well and the chicken is squishy and melted in my mouth I had to spit it out immediately. I would avoid it I’m stuck in the bathroom now…

If I could give this place a 0 I would. It was the most flavorless Chinese food I had ever tasted. They advertised no msg but they must have not even added salt. We only tried this place because thai ktichen was closed for renovations and I was so disappointed. We got various types of chicken and almost all of the pieces were just fried batter. The chicken was non existent. I would have rather paid movie theater prices for junk food then buy this food ever again. Just don't waste your money. It's digusting. I don't even understand how they are in business.

Absolutely disgusting. I tried this over getting a sub at Charlie’s. Absolutely regret it. Food was ice cold the lo mein and the chicken was absolutely terrible. The chicken was rubber and the lo mein was in edible. Had 1 bite of crab Rangoon and noticed what looked like mold on it. Never ever again. 0 stars couldn’t stand it at all. To believe this place is still in business is unreal
