i would love to give more stars but the fact that you CANT CALL THE RESTAURANT is a big problem for me!!!! Every place of business should have a phone number that you can reach them at, it doesn't matter how busy you get
I love this place. The portions are always super generous, the food tastes REAL. Only issue is parking on Thayer is a nightmare, and it's kinda expensive. Like I can go to the buffet for the same price and get more food. But it does taste marginally better than a buffet.

the mongolian beef (which is 18$) was terrible. not mongolian beef & was mostly onions, barely any steak, all sauce (which had no flavor) super disappointing. wouldn’t stray from ‘typical chinese take out’ dishes again.
It’s been a long time since I ordered something that was worth the $ and this was it. Portions are how Chinese food should be (and always was) and the crab Rangoon was insanely good
Chinatown used to be so good but once the original owner took a step back the quality dropped to bare minimum. This final trip left my husband and I with food poisoning. The questionable food safety preparations going on in the background should have served as a warning for me to leave but I was hungry and the steak had always been good even if the service wasn't so I stayed. The new staff is rude and does not care about the restaurant or their customers.
Go anywhere else and save your stomach the hurt.

Decent value for quick, tasty food. Reminds me of the Chinese food spots in the malls. The bourbon chicken is tender and very well flavored, I highly recommend it. The spring roll filling was very firm, making it less enjoyable.

I don't like the sushi at all because they put way too much rice on it and I don't feel like the quality of the fish is as good as competitors. HOWEVER. their sesame chicken and bourbon chicken is so good I can't help but return for more. Delicious 😋!

Rice wasn’t good. The chicken teriyaki was decent.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The last two times I’ve gone both the general tsaos chicken and orange chicken have been so dry they are inedible, you can’t even chew or digest them. Will not be wasting my money here again, for $15/person to throw out half the meal is insanity.

I been coming to Chinatown before they put there prices who knows why but every since they have the quality of the food isn’t like use I been going for awhile but I don’t I’m be returning not worth $20 was for this plate which is ridiculous idc how much you stuff it
Absolute awful food. Their menu gives you options for sides but then they forced me to fill a full plate. Make it make sense. Not to mention their rice is garbage along with anything else I ordered
The food is so incredibly bland and mid at best. Everything is doused in oil with no flavor in the rice. The chicken is monotonous even if you get the different flavors, and it had an unpleasant crunchy texture. Service is fine but especially at peak traffic, the line gets disorganized.

This place sucks first off they couldn't seem to get my order right I asked for chicken wings they gave orange chicken which wasn't chicken it was tuff and idk what the he'll it was it was gross the rice tucked and the price is way to much for sucky food, the language barrier was horrible no one new English when I was telling the person that wasn't what I ordered she totally ignore and proceeded, the rice tucked it was hard and did not taste like the Chinese rice you expected I have a lot more to say but this place really sucks
