They gave my husband food poisoning. They don’t wear gloves to prepare food. They don’t answer the phone for me to report it.

Cashier was a little rude and very sorry with us, mad I didn't get my receipt because I'm sure I paid for a dipping cup which wasn't received. And this is why I don't leave tips

This location inside the Providence place mall was a wonderful yummy surprise. I love their Cinnamon buns of all shapes and sizes.

Cinnamon rolls are delicious, but forcing a tip is absurd. There is no option to not give a tip when paying for your order. Because of that, I gave a custom tip of 1 cent, and 1 star review.

You guys need a line circuit. It is a disaster when you go there, you don't know where the line starts or ends and some just go ahead just like that and cut you. I was there in the line and someone cut me and the service lady didn't even acknowledge me even though I raised my hand and went ahead and took care of this other entitled person. I used to work at the Providence place Macy's and when they didn't have line circuits and if someone cut the line, I would tell them to step aside as the other person was waiting first. What's the point of your delicious baked goods if we will take a bite on something sour?

I got a 4ct of Bon bites for free and a classic cinnamon roll for $6.

Everything was warm, but almost every bite of the dough was undercooked. Too bad because they had that nostalgic cinnamon roll taste.

The roll was smaller than I thought and I would never pay for the bon bites. 4 tiny bite sized rolls are $5.69!! What a joke!

I wasn’t even close to satisfied so I went to PVDonuts after and got their cinnamon roll. Oh man, it blew Cinnabon’s out of the water. The dough was perfect and they gave a enormous dollop of homemade cream cheese frosting that I could’ve ate a tub of. And it was only $4.25.

I will not be back at Cinnabon.
