Cocina Sabrosa offers a variety of fresh and delicious dishes, from Dominican to Italian food. The Cuban sandwich is crispy outside and tender inside, served with amazing homemade fries. The bistec ensebollado and Rodeo Burger are generous portions that even big eaters couldn't finish. The pernil bowl is absolutely amazing, with the pernil cooked to perfection and sticky rice that complements it wonderfully. The empanadas are delicious, and the dry-rub wings are excellent. The chicharron is a real treat. The friendly staff and clean restaurant make dining here a pleasant experience. With reasonable prices and tasty food, it's worth a visit for a satisfying meal.
