Cocina Sabrosa offers a variety of fresh and delicious dishes, from Dominican to Italian food. The Cuban sandwich is crispy outside and tender inside, served with amazing homemade fries. The bistec ensebollado and Rodeo Burger are generous portions that even big eaters couldn't finish. The pernil bowl is absolutely amazing, with the pernil cooked to perfection and sticky rice that complements it wonderfully. The empanadas are flavorful, crisp, and juicy inside, and the chicharron has good flavor without being overly fried. The dry-rub wings are excellent, and the yellow rice with Pollo guisado is soft and delicious, pairing well with a fresh green salad. The pasta a la vodka and mofongo de camarones are highly recommended, both amazing dishes. The friendly staff and clean restaurant make dining here a pleasant experience. With reasonable prices and tasty food, it’s worth a visit for a satisfying meal. The chimichurri sauce is out of this world, and the rice bowls are to die for.
