We stopped into Cocina Sabrosa for the RI Food Fights’ “Taco Mania!” event.

The dining room itself is brightly lit, giving off a distinct cafeteria-like feel—it’s clean and functional, but not particularly cozy. You place your order at the counter, and the food is brought out to your table. The service was relaxed and generally nothing special, just the standard efficient delivery you'd expect from a counter-service spot.

Cocina Sabrosa definitely lives up to its name! They have the best chicharrones — perfectly crispy and full of flavor. Everything we ordered was so delicious, the place was super clean, and the service was friendly and fast. You can really tell they take pride in what they do. Highly recommend! 🙌🔥

Another stop in the month of October rifoodfights for taco's. Ended up getting Carnitas which looked good and even tasted amazing. I'm always looking to try different spots in the Providence area, you never know what corner or side street you'll find the best small business food spot. 👍, will be back again.
