Didnt eat food but sat at the bar. The bartender (brunette woman with anchor tattoo) is worth her salt. Watching her work is amazing, she is an extremely impressive bartender. Very pleased with the service.

Come to Congress. Meet Chris, he's the resident concierge. What's more, the meatballs are friggin huge and delicious, the drink selection is endless and the onion soup has COGNAC on it ! Staff is great !

first and foremost the waitress and service was lovely. However, ive heard many things about congress tavern, not many of them have been good. i somehow found myself getting two of the worst cocktails ive ever had. maybe its because of how busy it was but it wasnt pleasurable.

Pretty low key upscale beer and burger joint tucked away in a forgotten side street in downtown PVD. Has a nice low key vibe and always good for a pint and good food. I wish they had more good vegetarian options, but I sure do love the Old Speckled Hen on draft!
