Great food, great drinks, great people! CRU must stand for Cool Restaurant Utopia đ
Great news restaurant in Providence. We had the cannelloni bean hummus which was delicious, a long with the pork schnitzel and green curry cod. So good!

I went there for Brunch for the first time. I had a really great experience. The food was delicious and portion size was perfect. Prices are also affordable and the quality of the ingredients was really good. I really appreciated the service I received and that she helped me make informed decisions about what I was ordering. 10/10 experience and will definitely return.

We've been twice for brunch so far and enjoyed ourselves, but dinner tonight was out of this world! Staff Tara, Mike & Juliet were so kind & friendly to talk with. The Y2K Playlist was fantastic, but we're here to talk food. We started with buffalo hash browns which were huge & just the right amount of spice. My husband had the steak frites which were so tender & savory. I had the meltdown and wow, better than a burger, so flavorful! Between the food, vibes and hospitality it was a perfect evening! Can't wait to go back

The pop tart special was a great start. Then my son has the Dutch pancake which was so delicious. I had the breakfast burrito that was on point. All in all a great spot!

Mike is king! Cru thrives because of him! He was an incredible waiter and from traveling out of town he was so welcoming to the city and the restaurant in general.

I stopped by CRU today on a whim (itâs been on my âto-tryâ list for a while), and Iâm so glad I finally did! I started with two cocktailsâthe Golden Fang and the Matchatini. The Golden Fang was strong but perfectly balanced, while the Matchatini was lighter and paired nicely with my entrĂ©e.
Our table shared the Calamari and Loaded Hash Brown Tots, both served in generous portions and seasoned beautifully without being greasy. For my main dish, I had the Green Cod Curry, which was absolutely delicious. The vermicelli noodles with the cod and curry reminded me of a creative twist on the Thai noodle soups I grew up withâcomforting yet unique. I also sampled my friendâs Chicken Pibil with blue corn tostadas, and it was equally flavorful.
We finished with the Flourless Brownies, which were rich and decadent without being overly sweet. The restaurant itself is warm and inviting, with plenty of group seating, bar space, and a fantastic open-kitchen concept.
A special shoutout to our server Michael B, who was wonderful, and Chef Skyler for such a memorable meal. I canât wait to come backânext time, Iâm trying their brunch.

Pretty good for Brunch, and their bar looks good. Had bacon eggs Benedict, which was good (7/10), but it comes with salad. Staff was very nice and substituted hash brown pucks for that. The vibe is a bright, clean setting.

Very clean restaurant. Loved the cannellini bean hummus and the chicken soup. That soup was no can of chicken noodle. It was ramen-like, and very hearty. No room for dessert unfortunately, but I was eyeing the blueberry cheesecake. This place prides itself on using locally-sourced ingredients. A good representative of the many restaurants in the state that strive for a farm-to-table approach and make the food scene elite.
