We ordered a custom cake. They defintely did a good job with the cake decoration in comparison to the inspiration photo I provided. Everyone enjoyed it so much and we're impressed by the flavor. The only thing is that customer service communication could be improved. Also the box given to transport the cake home is not big and supportive enough so we provided our own box. They should defintely offer better boxes for custom cake orders. I would still order from them again.

I ordered 3 dozen balloons for $70, and the experience was honestly frustrating. As soon as I got to the car, one balloon flew away because it wasn’t tied properly — not even my fault, it just slipped right out due to their lack of care.
Worse, within 3 hours, almost all the balloons deflated. For the price I paid, I expected better quality and at least basic attention to how they were secured. It completely ruined the setup I had planned.
Definitely would not recommend this place. Save your money and go somewhere more professional.

Good cakes but the dark dye on the red flowers has a very strong dye taste. My actual complaint is that we called 4 times in a day to alter the order and couldn't get a hold of anyone that spoke english, in fact the first and second call they hung up on us... never ended up changing the order but the cake came out pretty looking and my sister seemed happy enough.
Everything is fresh and delicious!!!!I very highly recommend it!!!!I've been several times!

The cakes are amazing !!!!! Real frosting ! I had the vanilla semi moist with Dulce de leche filling and it was the absolute best ! Also, they decorate it exactly how you want it. The staff are super nice. The location is very cute. They also sell it cakes by the slice, which is perfect if you would like to try. They make a variety of things: cupcakes, cake pops, cookies, chocolate covered strawberry and more.

We had a miscommunication about the delivery and the owner quickly and professional resolved the issue, which we really appreciated. The cake arrived with plenty of time to spare. Thank you so much! Excellent homemade products The atmosphere is very cheap and basic. No effort has been made to make the place look good. Employees do not have very many answers just there to serve you. However, their product is so good it’s best just to come pay and go.
