My server was good. My son's meal got messed up but there was no urgency to get him what he ordered. The manager came over with it but didn't really do much. Overall, it was an ok experience.

They forgot my meal and had to remake it. By the time it came out 40 min later (1.5hrs into the meal) everyone was done eating and packed up to go. They said they would credit the meal and didn't. Ordering beers from the bar would take 20-30 min per order. Food taste was average, but the service was disorganized and terrible.

We ate here with our hockey team back in March. Everyone from the host to the server and beyond were fabulous. What started as a reservation of about 30 turned into 40 and the staff all handled it appropriately and with grace. We had a delightful time and all staff were beyond pleasant, accommodating and always had smiles on their faces! Manager even tried for a long time to try and fine the UMaine Men's Hockey game on seeing how we were visiting from Maine! 10/10 across the board!

We get ripped off at least once every visit, but other than that, it's ok.

Our party of 5 (2 kids under 13 included) did not eat inside the venue. The 2 kids had a good time and enjoyed the games. I remember visiting here when I was in high school, in the early 2000's and the entire place seemed much bigger with more interactive games vs video games aimed for the younger generation. Fast forward to 2025, I was glad I went to the venue, but wasn't overly thrilled. I really wish there would be more interactive games for the late teens into early adulthood ages..not just strictly games aimed for ages 15 and younger. One of the basketball games had a divider wall that prevented the balls from rolling down the unit. I played a few times and it seemed stuck, even when the game was in play for anyone to use the unit. If the management is gonna hire staff, those on the job need and should have some experience in fixing units, not just for "show and tell". And not just standing behind the desk where prizes are handed out. I like having staff there to have jobs. Just not impressed with the staff's age is 25 yrs and younger.

We came to celebrate an adoption. We were able to order our drinks & food in a normal amount of time. Then we waited. And waited. And waited. It felt like we waited almost an hour before I went to the desk to check on our food. They said they would check with our server if he passed by. Then we waited some more. We did not hear from or see our server for at least 20-30 more minutes. When the food finally came, nobody acknowledged the slowness. There were errors (missing a side dish, missing some fries). They did bring out the missing items. Then we waited some more for the server to come offer take-out boxes. Waited more for the boxes , then the check. Finally we got up to leave. Server showed up with check as we started walking. No apologies or discount offered. Basically if you come to eat, plan on wasting a lot of your time waiting. Food was average.

Wheelchair accessibility: There were ramps in the restaurant for grandma with a walker, but the bathroom was a long walk across the game room with lots of visual chaos and kids running around. There should be a bathroom on the restaurant side for people who need it.

Went here on fight night understanding it would be a busy night but they had 1 server working a lot of tables. It took us about 30 min to just get a water. Food came out cold, we did not send it back due to the fact it would most likely take another hour for new food to come out. Plus we couldn't find our server for long periods of time. If you're coming here on a fight night i suggest you sit at the bar instead.

Great place to decompress and spend a good time with friends, family, and new acquaintances.

Could not have possibly had a worse experience. Food was absolutely disgusting and we waited for almost an hour for our meals on a day that wasn't particularly busy. Drinks were disgusting and had no booze. A $10 play card got literally three games for the kid. Server never brought us water and I had to grab silverware roll ups off of other tables. Manager did calm the drink and the children's meals, but my wife's pizza was completely inedible. You could not pay me to ever go back to this place.

The beginning of the experience was a little awkward with a party in front of us. Mainly as they didn't differentiate themselves enough for the host to realize they weren't with us. But that's not exactly the host's fault. The food was tasty, although with so few people in attendance, the 35 minute wait time for 2 burgers seemed a little excessive. When I say few, there were only 2 other families eating and maybe 2 people at the bar around 1230-1pm. But it was still a decent enough time where that was only a mild detractor.

Kid-friendliness: It's an arcade so it definitely caters to kids.

Wheelchair accessibility: There's an elevator up to the top floor where they are and they have a ramp to the left of the entrance.

Definitely a classic, however it hasn't developed much and some of the games are showing their age. The food was awful, but I shouldn't have expected too much so that's on me haha. Being an arcade, it is very loud and flashy, as to be expected, however the game floor itself is too crowded together and doesn't add enough space for navigation. A bit overpriced considering the experience, but definitely an option if you're in the area! It is accessed through the Mall so if you're staying at the Omni you can get there without going outside.

The only thing I will return to this location for is the games. The service was absolutely TERRIBLE. We sat down and she came over about 5 min took our drink order and then disappeared for a half hour. Another waitress came over with water and said someone will be with us. I asked for our waitress after another 10 min. She came over took out food order (still no drinks). After that the drinks finally arrived. Our friend got her fried pickles and my chicken wings were no where to be found. It took another hour and half to get our food. Which in then our chicken wings came out when I told our waitress we wanted them as an app. The burgers were absolutely terrible. They were as burnt as a log in a fire pit and salty as someone dumbed a pound of salt into the burgers. (3 in total burgers). While eating I asked our waitress THREE times for the same drink and had to wait 20 min for a high noon (that’s in a can) and that was just to finish my food. And by that time it was cold. Our waitress had zero compassion for our table. And looking around she was serving and emptying tables before tending to us. It was absolutely ridiculous. A dinner that should have taken an hour/ hour and half ended up being THREE hours due to our service. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
