We shared the Mole Pistachio, two lengua tacos, a carnitas, and Baja fish taco. All incredible, unique, and full of flavor that really packed a punch. The Poblano Mole at Delores could be the best Mole in America. I thought nothing could top Guelaguteza in Los Angeles but Delores is Poblano Mole did it. Sublime, perfection 10/10… still dreaming about it. Worth a trip from Boston just to dine here. Bravo. The restaurant runs a little loud but food, sangria, and service are all exceptional.
