I was embarrassed and disrespected by this group is working there they have no respect for customer asked for myself they will not help me with the app on my phone for my free pizza. I was hurt when I left they're making more comments about me open up I had to cover my head I am remission of cancer and I was embarrassed.

I need a reimbursement not a 20% off what in the world is that pizza! Where is the cheese??? Is a shortage going on? Did the cheese come out the employees paycheck? This is my fault I live on the border line of 2 dominoes I can order and here I go ordering from the ghetto getting a pizza run down just like the city. This is what happens when I cheat on Golden Crust. Thanks for giving me the motivation to make my own pizza Iām glad my neighbor was happy to eat it because the disappointment was real.

Very rude they kept hanging up on me than just stopped answering they always do this and the food quality is worse the the young kids attitudes I ordered stuffed spinach chess bread I posted the picture on the google like come o I swear Iāll be there bright and early than when they do mess up or good quality is off like it makes it worse when ur given attitude than hung up on me over n over again how do you guys have a advertise for a quality check like Iāll be there Iām so sick of spending my money n the food n service is so poor n supervisors mind as well be the worst of them all Iām completely frustrated

At the time of this post it is 10:10pm on 11/14/24 and I have been waiting for my forgotten food for OVER an hour !!! Ordered a pizza dessert and salad. Salad and dipping sauce was forgotten and was told be right back. After waiting 30 min I called the store only to be put on hold for 10min to be hung up on. Called back and was told they would send it out with another driver and it would take 20min or so. Mind you. It 5min away from my house.
Just Ridiculous. Poor service or lack of training and horrible communication.

Customer service? They do not know what that is! Good thing I was not their supervisor, they'd be gone! Food was great minus the large part of the pizza that was missing?? Delivery driver was great, I left a 20% tip hoping they'd have good service. This was my "no dishes night". I treated myself and all I got was a run around on the phone trying to find a district manager for almost an hour and a massive headache! I will never order Domino's again and I would like a full refund for the food that you left a large hole in and the "attitude" you gave me as you ruined my evening!

My original review would be less than 3 stars for a multitude of reasons. However, Noemi one of the managerās went above and beyond to rectify my previous concerns. The reason I am giving 5 stars is for the customer service and redressing my concerns. I will be ordering again based off the fact they prioritize their customers. Also, the second order was perfect and the pizza was amazing. Thank You Noemi!
What a terrible service and a great frustration, a lady who, when you ask her if she speaks Spanish, tells you 1 second and I spent about 10 seconds on the waiting call and it is not the first time that this has happened to me.

Placed first order took a regular amount of time to arrive, but they forgot our drink, our sauces, and a whole side of bread that was ordered. Driver was unable to communicate due to lack of english which i do not blame him for but was frustrating not being able to figure out why things were missing. Called the store and at first they hung up on me while on hold. Second call we were told it would be resent back out and over an hour later nothing. Called the store again and they never sent anything out. They dont let you have any type of communication before just hanging up on you probably to keep you from having a chance to ask for a refund.

I was really psyched to try a ny style pizza from my local dominos. It was a huge letdown. There was crust just like a regular dominos pizza. It was sliced very unevenly which made it so you couldnāt fold the slice. Wonāt be ordering pizza from them again. Also asked if I could swap jalapeƱos on my bacon jalapeƱo cheesy bread for mushrooms and was told no. Why???? What difference would it make? Very unwilling to accommodate me
