Beware..they consistently don’t put on the garlic sauce on the crust!! We order often and this is a frequent issue. Disappointing bc everyone knows that the only good thing about dominoes is the garlic sauce.

Every time I order from this place, I have a problem with my order. Last time, it seems he was an Uber driver and not a Domino's driver. He was driving with a woman, and he arrived super late.
Today, I placed an order to pay in cash, and when I check the status of my order, it says it was delivered. I call the store, and they tell me they don't have any orders in my name or with my address. But I have an order number, and according to them, there's no order in my name. After an hour, the driver is calling me to deliver a cold pizza.
I worked for Domino's many years ago, and the service was excellent. Now it's worse.

I was embarrassed and disrespected by this group is working there they have no respect for customer asked for myself they will not help me with the app on my phone for my free pizza. I was hurt when I left they're making more comments about me open up I had to cover my head I am remission of cancer and I was embarrassed.
I need a reimbursement not a 20% off what in the world is that pizza! Where is the cheese??? Is a shortage going on? Did the cheese come out the employees paycheck? This is my fault I live on the border line of 2 dominoes I can order and here I go ordering from the ghetto getting a pizza run down just like the city. This is what happens when I cheat on Golden Crust. Thanks for giving me the motivation to make my own pizza I’m glad my neighbor was happy to eat it because the disappointment was real.

Very rude they kept hanging up on me than just stopped answering they always do this and the food quality is worse the the young kids attitudes I ordered stuffed spinach chess bread I posted the picture on the google like come o I swear I’ll be there bright and early than when they do mess up or good quality is off like it makes it worse when ur given attitude than hung up on me over n over again how do you guys have a advertise for a quality check like I’ll be there I’m so sick of spending my money n the food n service is so poor n supervisors mind as well be the worst of them all I’m completely frustrated

At the time of this post it is 10:10pm on 11/14/24 and I have been waiting for my forgotten food for OVER an hour !!! Ordered a pizza dessert and salad. Salad and dipping sauce was forgotten and was told be right back. After waiting 30 min I called the store only to be put on hold for 10min to be hung up on. Called back and was told they would send it out with another driver and it would take 20min or so. Mind you. It 5min away from my house.
Just Ridiculous. Poor service or lack of training and horrible communication.

Customer service? They do not know what that is! Good thing I was not their supervisor, they'd be gone! Food was great minus the large part of the pizza that was missing?? Delivery driver was great, I left a 20% tip hoping they'd have good service. This was my "no dishes night". I treated myself and all I got was a run around on the phone trying to find a district manager for almost an hour and a massive headache! I will never order Domino's again and I would like a full refund for the food that you left a large hole in and the "attitude" you gave me as you ruined my evening!
