General manager, hung up on me , after he put me on hold for like 30 minutes , over my pasta that came empty, showed no empathy, I was not able to go back to get my new pasta due to my 2 babies being sick at home. he refused to deliver the pasta, after they gave me an empty dish.
just frustrating and desapointed.
General manager should no be managing anything that has to do with customer service.
I had already paid for my order and delivery. was definitely not free.
