Apparently this location doesn’t deliver to certain streets in Providence that they deem unsafe. What used to be reason of geographic proximity is now discrimination and bias of the highest degree cast over entire neighborhoods for the sake of “safety”. If you don’t feel safe in Providence, don’t do business in Providence.

General manager, hung up on me , after he put me on hold for like 30 minutes , over my pasta that came empty, showed no empathy, I was not able to go back to get my new pasta due to my 2 babies being sick at home. he refused to deliver the pasta, after they gave me an empty dish.
just frustrating and desapointed.
General manager should no be managing anything that has to do with customer service.
I had already paid for my order and delivery. was definitely not free.

my pizza came in a pile in the middle of the box. like how does this even happen. totally disappointed. i can over look the tater tots that were soggy and undercooked, but seriously? and they want me to call the store? for a 6$ delivery fee my food should be not only cooked, but in one piece!
