It is shameful and unacceptable that every time I come into the store, the young lady, specifically on the afternoon shift, always has an attitude. I like my coffee prepared a certain way, and she prepares it however she thinks it goes. Then I say to her, āHey, but I asked you for this. āShe yells at you and says, āNo, you didnāt,ā but then charges me extra for it. And itās always the same young lady. Then she starts talking to herself saying how much she hates that job that sheās over it, If you are really over your job why are you even working there.
I ordered a plain bagel not toasted with cream cheeseā¦ what is this.whereās the cream cheese? Not even on the side
