Ordered from here and they sent me a burnt croissant and when I say burnt .. it was overly burnt and that is unacceptable for the workers to give out burnt food to their customers. very gross and unprofessional will not buy from here ever again.

They sent me literal garbage.

Despite having ordered from here many times without issue, this store flagged me as a fraud who claims I don't receive my orders.

Never mind that that isn't true, but how was I informed of this? Instead of cancelling my order, they sent me an empty cup and charged me in full without a word. This is absolutely ridiculous behavior.

I’m mad I ordered a coffee and they serve the customers terribly. They give them things that one never asks for. They gave me an iced coffee with something different in it. I told the girl that it wasn't what I ordered. She angrily told me, "I'm sorry, but that's what you ordered." That's not fair. One is paying, and we don't earn money for free to throw it away.
