I’m mad I ordered a coffee and they serve the customers terribly. They give them things that one never asks for. They gave me an iced coffee with something different in it. I told the girl that it wasn't what I ordered. She angrily told me, "I'm sorry, but that's what you ordered." That's not fair. One is paying, and we don't earn money for free to throw it away.
They treat employees horrible and have favorites and the manager is just completely power driven And just oversteps her boundaries as manager.

The reason I didn't give more stars is I watched the employees be rude to people left and right while I was waiting for my order. They looked like they hated their jobs and projected it in their voices when speaking. I felt bad for the customers who took it personally not knowing it was happening to everyone.

The food was good, the only reason I can't give it a 5 is because the Boston Cream donut looked like it was just a donut with chocolate because there was barely any cream, I went around 5:30pm, the service was good as always and the The place was very quiet, there were almost no people, I love this Dunking and I think it is in a very strategic place but they should improve with the filling of the Boston Cream donut, the truth is that the employees are very friendly and helpful, the place is also quite clean and The coffee and other drinks are good, the donuts in general are very delicious
