Awesome service, but I gave 3 star for the food because the employees stops making sandwiches super early around 3 or 4 and that is not fair for the customers that live around the area. Hopefully it can be fixed asap. Thank you!

I work nearby .. at times this location is my only choice. Employees are rude, always on their ? , very slow and dirty looking they look like they just rolled out of bed. The coffee may be good or bad depends on who makes it. If you order food be ready to wait about 20 mins.

Can't sit down or use the bathroom in here because then homeless people would be allowed to exist inside here. There used to be seating, but it's long gone now.
Place is dirty .service is very slow because there all busy gossiping and playing on their phones especially the manager. She always has an attitude with the customers I noticed . A lot of smoke breaks near the building and don’t wash their hands and touch food and drinks very unsanitary. Me and my co workers now find our coffees else where .

I feel bad writing this because I hate writing bad reviews, but after repeat bad experiences this is the only recourse I have left to express my discontent with the service here.Five times I've tried to order an iced coffee ahead, with as much as 15 minutes ahead of time. And all five times I've walked into the store to find that no one has started on what is probably amongst the easiest items to prepare at a Dunkin. Not only does anyone not start on the items, the employees tend to blame each other out loud for not having started on the orders.No accountability, and no responsibility. Frankly, it's pathetic. I don't fully blame the employees since they're likely getting paid minimum wage, but you definitely have to do something about the attitude problem.

Absolutely terrible service. I was on a long walk through town one day and really needed to use the bathroom but was not allowed to because the bathroom is only for and I quote, "Playas" by a gentleman who worked there with extreme unsophisticated manner as well as everyone else there. I stood in the store for a while before I was even noticed. I wish I looked at the guys name but he's obviously a shift leader or manager of some sort. I would not recommend this dunkin donuts at all. Not only because of the hostility within the store, but because of the very unprofessional attitudes of some the workers there. Having to use the bathroom is an emergency and dunkin donuts is a fast food breakfast place entirely open to the public. In no way should you be denying the use of the bathroom to any customers or individual.

Got there at 8:43 and ordered a sausage/egg/cheese on English muffin and a small hot regular.... had to leave at 8:55 without my sandwich because I was going to miss my bus and it hadn't even been started yet..... so yeah, I paid $8.25 for a small coffee.Get it together.
