I ordered 3 hot mocha latte, and the ladies are very rude. The coffee was not hot at all so I told them to remake it, and then again the coffee was cold again and I asked for a refund ! They are very rude and that’s unacceptable and then she tried giving me wrong refund. And said the card charged more but no it was the tax! This is bullshit and they need to have a good attitude not here for free coffee ! Seriously

I work nearby .. at times this location is my only choice. Employees are rude, always on their ? , very slow and dirty looking they look like they just rolled out of bed. The coffee may be good or bad depends on who makes it. If you order food be ready to wait about 20 mins.
