There is a manager at this location named Jordan who every time I have gone to this location has made my experience very unpleasant. He is extremely rude every time he is taking my order and even when I am in the drive through since I frequent here before work, he blatantly tells me to “hurry up” when ordering because apparently I should “know what I want because I come here everyday”. Due to this constant experience, I have had to change my route just so I can go to a kinder dunkin on Allen’s Ave. Never will go here again.

I don’t know how they do it, but this Dunkin’ Donuts is always on point. I come here almost every day. The staff is pleasant. They always get the orders right. The other Dunkin’ Donuts should frankly be embarrassed.

Horrible managers kyle and jordan, if you are specific with your order they tend to interrupt you be rude to you the person who’s actually paying their paycheck those two managers are the worse (the staff at night is amazing )but the morning staff specially (two manager jordan and kyle) extremely rude to customers they all need to be retrained on manners and how to provide customer service and they need to learn how to de escalate confrontation with customers you cant have a manager thinking they can go back and forth with a customer and i wasnt even rude kyle kept interrupting me while i was trying to place an order thru drive thru (i go there every day twice a day mind u)) and i finally said would u let me finish he (kyle manager) sighted and said u come here everyday i know ur order (rude tone) and i said but im ordering something else as well other than what i usually order still kept being more rude and the other useless manager ( jordan) instead of helping he introduced himself and yelled at me they didnt even wanted to give me my food either dont go there horrible managers ratchet store sorry for the good employees the two spanish girls and two co workers who love working they make sure my coffee is great i wish i knew their names because if they were managers that store would be the best in ri

Wish I could give them no stars. Went twice this week. The first time I asked for no egg and only cheese and sausage on my croissant; they did the opposite. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back the day after and my signature drink that I got the day before literally tasted like some nasty person who never brushes their teeth spit in my LARGE drink. Didn’t bring it back because didn’t want to argue with an angry broke person who clearly are upset with where they are in life.

I went to the drive thru to grab a coffee coollata with whipped cream before an appt and the male employee handed me a well made coolata and was very pleasant. These are the people I hand a tip to.
