First time I have been in this Dunkin donuts The staff was very rude to me (especially the person who has the fake red Hair) I ordered an ice coffee and the girl waiting on me started to make it then left it sitting half finished and started waiting on customers coming in the door
She made other customers ice coffee and mine still sat there
I finally spoke up after a few minutes and the person who has the red hair came over and started being rude to me
There was one person working the register and 4 people working the drive through
But the staff member with the red hair should not be working with the public because of his/her attitude and how she speaks to the customers

Employee read back my order in drive through however didn’t receive two items. As soon as I brought it in and mentioned it to another one, she turned around and said she did not charge me for the items. I stated “I don’t know why”. Her and another woman proceeded to talk shit, be disrespectful, to the point when I went to walk out, the young girl was acting like she was going to fight me screaming from behind the counter. Of course when I said, are you going to come out side and do something? She acted like someone was holding her back Tons of customers in the building witnessing this. This is my local Dunkin so I went through drive through the next day, once again the order was wrong by the same person. Although she wasn’t at the drive through window, when I pulled off she started swearing and screaming. Reporting to Dunkin and better business bureau and I WILL BE GOING BACK.

I have already had 2 bad experiences in this store, there is a black-skinned employee of about 50 years old, she is a very unfriendly and rude person, the other girls are sweet, and you also have to deal with drunks and homeless people who come in to bother the customers and don't. There are enough tables and chairs, the remodeling was horrible.
