I have already had 2 bad experiences in this store, there is a black-skinned employee of about 50 years old, she is a very unfriendly and rude person, the other girls are sweet, and you also have to deal with drunks and homeless people who come in to bother the customers and don't. There are enough tables and chairs, the remodeling was horrible.

Never have I ever received the correct order. Asked for hot macchiato and received an iced macchiato. Also does Dunkin facilitate employee menu training ? Doesn’t look like they know how to make the different coffees ? Could be just me ? On different occasions I have ordered different coffee and each one of them looks the same ? A macchiato isn’t supposed to look like a late pretty sure. Overall employee training should make this place better. Also please give them new headsets so they can hear the customers orders correctly.
